New Beginning, Old Enemy (mlp fanfic w/ocs ponies)

Twilight was so excited. Today was the day she finally got to meet DarkMist's two daughters. At the moment she was on her way to the castle with her friends. Clover was already there with her friends. During the months that had passed Twilight had become great friends with the gang of six ponies each having a talent matching one of Twilight's friends. Well not all of the Clover's friends had a matching talent but instead had a similar personality like Diamond and Applejack- Both ponies are had workers and fast on there hooves.

When they arrived at the castle they were greeted by Starrling-(DarkMist's Husband) who led them to where DarkMist was with her student and her student's friends were relaxing. The room DarkMist was in was a dark shade of purple with tiny white specks making the room look like a starry night. DarkMist was laying on what looked to be a very plush and soft bed. Cuddle with DarkMist as her two foals. Twilight didn't have a full view of them but she could tell both had black coats. Luna was in the room too, she was sitting on a chair in the corner of the room.

DarkMist smiled at the sight of Twilight.

"Nice to see you again," she said in a sweet regal tone.

"You've come to see the fillies no doubt," she added as she rolled over on the bed and positioned the two foals where Twilight could see them.

Twilight's friends turned around from their conversations with the other ponies in the room to see the foals. Twilight finally got to look at the foals. They were twins no doubt but both fillies almost looked nothing alike except for their black coats. One filly had light lavender hair and bright pink eyes, DarkMist said the filly's name was DarkLavender. The other had dark green hair that covered most of its face, but Twilight could still see one eye that was a bright leafy green color. DarkMist introduced this filly as DarkIvy.

"What do you think of them," DarkMist asked Twilight as she sat up on  the bed a little.

"They are absolutely gorgeous," Rarity said as she walked up to the bed and started baby talking DarkLavender who laughed in appreciation.

"They are wonderful," Twilight said as she too began to play with the fillies.

"Good," DarkMist said.

"Oh Twilight i need to ask you something," DarkMist added.

"What is it," Twilight asked.

"Do you think you and friends could watch them for a bit. There's a problem in ManeHattan that i need to attend to," DarkMist explained.

"Sure," Twilight answered with awe.

"YEAH," Pinkie said as she picked up one of the foals and hugged it, the foal laughed.

"Good because i need to go in an hour or so," DarkMist said in a regal tone.

"Ok," Twilight said with joy.

So an hour had past and DarkMist had gotten ready and left for ManeHattan. Clover and her friends left too along with Luna. Now Twilight and her friends were watching the two new princesses. They decided to have a contest to see who could make the fillies laugh the most, and of course Pinkie Pie won the contest. After that they feed DarkLavender and DarkIvy then put them down for a nap. When they woke up Fluttershy feed them again, than after that Twilight got to play with them.

Rarity had just put the foals down for the night when Starrling came crashing through the door of the nursery (It has two rooms). Twilight and her friends jumped up in surprise.

"What is it," Rarity asked as she smoothed the feathers out on her wings from being startled.

Starrling looked tired and frightened.

"He's back," is all Starrling managed to say before he collapsed.

Twilight and her friends rushed over to him. He was out cold now, which is very surprising from a alicorn stallion. Twilight levitated him onto the bed that DarkMist had been laying on when they had arrived to see the foals. 

"Who's back," Rainbow dash asked not expecting an answer.
