First chapter that i freestyled and didn't make small scenarios (ahem, idia's screentime, ahem)
You couldn't even protest when Floyd had picked you up and sat you down on the ground before scurrying off with his phone in hand, calling someone. What the hell was he thinking kidnapping you and then leaving you alone in the middle of a sidewalk?
You stand up with a huff and look at the sight before you, there's a set of wooden stairs down to the bay and you take them down. The sand felt warm and inviting so you quickly kick your boots off and remove your cardigan.
This entire scenario was weird, Floyd kidnapping you then just leaving. But you didn't question it since it seemed like something he'd do, plus those three can do whatever they want whenever they want.
You spend a few minutes swiping at the sand, collecting small seashells and glass shards before a baby turtle caught your attention. The small turtle was hiding behind a weirdly bent tree, nervously looking up at the sky.
You follow the turtle's gaze and see three ravens trying to dive down and attack it, so you approached the baby tortoise and took off your hat to "cover" it. You weren't going to touch the turtle since they need the experience of crawling from their nests to the water in order to orient themselves to the world.
It let out some noises before slowly crawling towards the ocean infront of the both of you, your hat protecting it from the sun and ravens.
The baby turtle quickly dived into the water when you were close enough which made you smile, seeing the baby touching the ocean for the first time.
"Hello, Y/N." You hear someone greet you as you put back on your hat while turning your head to face the person, it was Azul, he wore a casual shirt with shorts. Even if it was hotter than satans balls at the moment it still felt weird to see him in something else other than a suit.
You smile at him, "Howdy." He smiles back at you, not his usual business smile but a genuine one. "If it's alright with you, we've planned that were gonna swim further from shore since you only get nervous when your in deep water." He informs, pointing towards the darker part of the ocean.
"Yeah that's fine." You respond, side-eyeing Azul since you felt like he was hiding something. The silver haired man next to you started sweating nervously because of your stare. He clears his throat before continuing, ".. There's also an abandoned shipwreck Jade and Floyd wanted to visit."
You let out an "Oh" before asking you other question, "Where are those two anyways? Floyd carried me here but then he left, haven't seen him since." You ask, scanning the wide expanse of golden sand.
"Ah.. " Azul wines and shakes his head, pointing towards the ocean. You turn your head just in time to see two pairs of glowing eyes peeking up from the water. They were gone in an instant, if it wasn't for Azul's uneasiness you would've thought you were hallucinating.
