It was a lovely day at the Dimmsdale Beach, and many people were having a lot of fun.

Thanks to some excellent convincing from Riley and Timmy, they were able to convince their parents to let them spend a whole day at the beach by themselves, after the crazy week that they had at school.

Of course, Timmy's parents had to work, so Riley's parents took the liberty of dropping them off.

Ferena was suspicious of Timmy for a reason even she didn't know after Riley begrudgingly introduced her to him on one of their playdates. He just... felt odd to her.

Riley and Timmy were running and chasing after their fairy pets at the edge of the water, laughing at Tiff trying to avoid getting wet. Riley had never been to the beach before, and now that she was here, she wanted to enjoy every minute of it. Tiff yowled at the water getting very close to her paws. "Why must the waves be out to get me today?!" She asked in hidden fright. "That's just how the water works, Tiff!" Timmy laughed. "Lighten up and enjoy it!"

"I can't! It's WATER!!!" Tiff exclaimed as the waves once again got too close. And it didn't help when Sparky splashed her from behind, causing her to growl. "If you ever do that again, dog, I will not hesitate to show you that my claws are not just for show!" Tiff threatened the fairy canine, her pink eyes shining with fury and fear. "Chill out, cat-- I was just playing," Sparky rolled his eyes. "Maybe Tiff has a point," Riley said with a pant. "Let's take a rest from the water for a while. All this running is tiring me out."

"Yeah, me too." Timmy agreed with his best friend. They settled down on their beach towels, where Timmy looked at their fairies, disguised as a bucket and two shovels. "Guys, think you can poof us up some ice pops?" He asked his fairies. "Sure thing, sport." Wanda replied as she and the two others raised their wands and popsicles appeared in Riley and Timmy's hands. "Thanks for helping me convince my mom to let us come together, Timmy," Riley said, slurping on her ice pop before frowning. "I hope her looking at you the way she does... well, doesn't bother you."

"No, it doesn't. I'm pretty much used to those looks coming from other people," Timmy shrugged. "Has she done anything else to hurt you?"

"Nothing she doesn't already do." Riley replied, her vague answer leading nothing to imagination. "Man... sometimes I really want her to stop being so cruel to you," Timmy growled irritably. "You and me both, boy." Tiff comments as she gets ready to take a little nap. "You know... maybe we could get away for a while, just the two of us," Timmy told his best friend. "Go off to some place and just... forget all our troubles, even if it is for a little while." He suggests. "That sounds nice and everything, but... I don't know where we would even go," Riley shrugged.

"Ooh! Ooh! I know! Let's go somewhere random! I like going somewhere I don't know anything about!" Cosmo suggested, raising his wand. "Cosmo, wait!" Timmy tried to stop him, but it was too late-- they had already poofed away before anything else could happen. They then appeared in a completely different place then on the beach. "Cosmo! I am going to kill you!" Timmy exclaimed in anger, not caring that he was only wearing his hat and shorts.

"Uh... Timmy?" Riley tapped his shoulder. "Forget about killing Cosmo for a second. I think you might wanna see this."

Timmy, upon hearing her voice, turned to see what Riley was talking about, causing him to gasp in shock. "Whoa... This place... is something else." The buck-toothed boy was in awe of the forest they were in.
