chapter 2

It was the weekend and that meant that you were to leave. For three hours and had to return back. But Emily the principal's daughter would throw a party every weekend. if you were invited you were extremely lucky. I used to get invited to her parties since I was classified pretty. And if you are pretty or wealthy you get an invite nobodies weren't allowed. And that's just horrible if you ask me. That's why I would never attend. Parties weren't my thing anyway.
Zoe and I share a dorm that's how we became friends. And she would sometimes go to the parties, and I don't really mind since I love the quiet. Zoe was In the wealthy category. And got along with many since she's a bubbly person and gets along with everyone. The complete opposite of me. But I guess opposites really do attract.

" Ivy, you have to attend tonight's party. It's literally gonna be the best. Violet is bringing a famous friend tonight." She said super excited. " Zoe, you know parties aren't my thing, I don't like Emily and her group" I said brushing my hair." But you have to come I don't want to experience something like this without you, you're literally my best friend I need you there even if it's just for tonight pretty please." She said literally begging me the entire time. " Zoe" she cut me off literally giving the adorable eyes." Ivy please I'll do your laundry for a month."  No laundry for the month I'm sold.
" Fine" she did a happy dance. " I got us cute outfits since we are practically about to meet a celeb."

We got dressed. Zoe flat ironed my hair and did my makeup light. I wore a dress that Zoe bought prior since she gifted me with it. And we headed to the party. It had neon lights so you couldn't really see but you could tell people were having so much fun. I don't know why I felt like I wanted to see Violet. Just wanted to know where she was. The music was too loud. So I decided to go somewhere quiet. I guess I was in a different part of the party where all the popular kids were sitting. And talking amongst each other, just as I wanted to make a quiet exit Emily called me, "Conner's what are you doing here? You're supposed to be on the other side"  she said with an annoyed expression,  " I was.. looking for the bathroom.. I'm sorry I'll leave right now " everyone looked at me including a specific someone. Violet. She scanned me up and down. Looking at me so intensely. From my legs to my face. I wore a dress so my legs were exposed.
And I couldn't help but feel anxious.  The way she would look at me made me shiver.

" No stay you look way better this way. I guess you finally decided to attend my parties. Huh, well you can sit with us. " Emily said as she sat beside Violet. The way she was looking at her bothered me. She basically threw herself at her. I took a seat next to Alex Emily's friend.  " So Ivy.. you look really good tonight" said the girl beside me. Even if no one else saw, Violet gave the girl an indifferent look as if she was telling her to back off in a way. " Thank you" I said looking at the ground. I'm very shy when it comes to complementing me. " We should play a game truth or kiss" said Dakota. " Alright why not. You're gonna play ivy or are you scared "  said Emily challenging me. " I'll play" "great " she said and we started the game.

Many people made out. I had to see Emily sticking her tongue down people's throats. It was no pleasent at all to watch. " Ivy truth or kiss? " Said Alex. " Truth" And everyone started to make sounds amongst each other." Well that was expected it it Ivy" said Emily with a grin. She really was a bitch. " I have you ever had sex with a girl before?" What kind of question was that!! " I've never had sex in general"  Violet just stared at me as I answered. " What you never had sex what are you a kid?" Said Dakota. " It's not a bad thing Ivy don't feel so embarrassed, you have nothing to be embarrassed about." Said a specific person that has been on my mind a lot recently. Violet. The way she spoke to me was so delicate. And Emily stared daggers at me. It was turn again... " Ivy we are asking the question first and then you decide whether you want to answer." I nodded. While I felt on edge not knowing what Emily's about to ask.
" Why are you in this boarding school? And so far away from home?" That question made my palms sweat. That was a sensitive topic for me and she knew it. I couldn't answer that I just couldn't. What would I even say, because my mother was abusive and would take her frustration out on me, that my dad was never at home to witness it. The rest of my family members not even bothering to help me, since I was the only child my mother would use me as her owm Personal punching bag. I felt my eyes water but didn't dare to cry in front of that bitch.  Emily knew everything about everyone that's why she could get away with all the awful things she's done.

"Kiss" I said trying to fake a smile. " Well I'll spin the wheel and whoever's name it lands on you have to make out with?" She spin the wheel and it started to go super slow till it finally went on... Violets name! I have to make out with Violet???  I stood up and walked towards her and when I stopped in front of her.

She sat up straight. Allowing me to sit on her lap. The room was super quiet and everyone was watching im anticipation. I got on her lap mu legs beside her waist and her hands on my but. I never kissed anyone before. She lifted up my chin so I could look at her. My arms around her neck. She leaned in and so did I. This was the first time I ever looked at her properly. She was insanely good looking. And my heart was beating so fast. When she finally crashes her lips on my mine, her lips were so soft. And tasted like Cherries. I didn't really know how to kiss but I guess that didn't matter since she did all the work allowing me to enjoy the moment. Her hands grabbed my but tighter allowing the kiss to become more intimate. It's like she told me everything in that kiss. As if all her sorrows drowned in my lips. I hummerd but only she could hear, making her grip on me tighter by the second. It felt as if it was just us in that room.

" Alright guys we saw enough" said Dakota making,me snap out of my trans. I was still seated on her lap with her hands still me. But as I wanted to get off its like she didn't want me to. " Guys I have to go meet Zoe so I'll be taking my leave" I said not even look back I exited the room
