It's been a whole week since they returned from their honeymoon. After taking a couple days to get their bodies back on track the women headed off to work. Lena sat behind her desk pushing through email after email and doing her best to keep her food inside her stomach. For the past couple days she's been getting sick repeatedly throughout the day. Kara's noticed it quickly and suggested she go see a doctor if it doesn't improve. Lena however has a pretty good idea as to what's wrong with her especially after checking her private bathrooms stash of tampons. "Three weeks late. I should have had it on our honeymoon...but it didn't come. What will I tell Kara?" Lena asked herself unaware that the blonde had just arrived in her office with a kale salad and some potstickers.

Kara took a seat on the sofa and waited for Lena to come out of the bathroom. The door swung open slowly revealing Lena who looked pale. "Hey sweetheart! How are you feeling?" Kara asked. "Not so good. What's in the bowl?" Lena asked. "Kale salad, with chicken and extra dressing." Kara replied. Lena eyed the bowl as Kara opened it up revealing a large chicken kale salad with her favorite vinaigrette dressing on top. The smell hit Lena's nose like a freight train, sending her running back to the bathroom again.

Dropping her box of potstickers on the table Kara rushes into the bathroom behind her wife quickly pulling her hair back as she emptied the contents of her stomach again. "Lee...maybe we should go see a doctor today..." Kara cooed. "No...let's go see Alex...she's a doctor right?" Lena whispered. "Yes...do you want me to take you to the DEO?" Kara asked hesitantly. "Not by....flying...we'll take the car." Lena replied softly.

A few minutes later Lena was rinsing her mouth out again while Kara ditched the salad per Lena's request and readied herself to go to the DEO to see Alex about what was making her wife so gravely sick all the sudden.
