Ranboo has Smiling Depression (1. a form of depression in which a person appears to be happy and even thriving on the outside, while suffering on the inside.)
Ranboo has Social Anxiety Disorder. (1. Intense fear/phobia of having social interaction or messing up in social zone.)
Ranboo has insomnia. (1. A common sleep disorder that can cause people who have it have trouble fall asleep, stay asleep, get quality of sleep or cause waking up and not being to sleep after.)

Tubbo has General Anxiety disorder. (1. a mental condition characterized by excessive or anxiety about two or more aspects of life (work, social relationships, financial matters, etc.), accompanied by symptoms such as increased muscle tension, impaired concentration, and insomnia)
Tubbo has Insomnia. (1. A common sleep disorder that can cause people who have it have trouble fall asleep, stay asleep, get quality of sleep or cause waking up and not being to sleep after.)
Tubbo has Dyslexia. (1. a condition of origin that mainly affects the ease with which a person reads, writes, and , typically recognized as a specific learning disorder in children.)
Tubbo has ADHD (1. A chronic condition including attention difficulty, hyperactivity, and impulsiveness.)
Tubbo has Chronic Migraines. (1. A neurological condition that is described by Chronic migraine is defined as having headache on at least 15 days per month, with eight of these having migraine symptoms, for at least three months.)

Tubbo has a hard time following directions or conversation, and struggles with social ques, kind of like autism (he doesnt have it, these facts are actually based off him irl, as he does seem to struggle with following things or social ques.) And tommy likes to tease him about being ''acoustic'' (as someone with autism you shouldnt say this to anyone, its very rude, and autism isnt a joke, it doesnt make you a joke either.)
ranboo is a protectful person of friends as he hasnt had many of them or they haven't lasted a while, he also tends to have trust issues with things and struggles with promises because he feels like no one will keep them.

Tubbo has Ligyrophobia, sometimes known as phonophobia which is the fear of loud or unexpected noises.

Tubbo has haphephobia which is the phobia of touch (he gets over this in the story.)
Tubbo has Nyctophobia, the fear of the dark.
tubbo has astraphobia, the fear of thunder and lighting/storms.
