"Dazai-kun seemed to have left"

Chuuya never took the Port Mafia boss as a humorous person, but hearing that he can only think that the man is joking.
Because -

"Looks like he didn't leak anything about us, but he erased every trace of his existence through which we could find him"

Chuuya couldn't find his own voice. He is afraid to speak.

Noticing his silence Dr. Mori spoke again

As long as Dazai-kun is not causing us any trouble-  he can do whatever he want"

Dr. Mori sighed, "The death of Oda-kun left a big impact on him."

Normally if anyone decided to betray the Port Mafia like this, the boss's order would be to kill them without any mercy.
Finding someone is not hard with Port Mafia's sources.

But Dazai Osamu was not just 'anyone'.

Chuuya left the office without any single word.
Even though his mind is on fire, he didn't let it show on his face.

He stumbled through the doors of his own office and fell on the couch not caring if he locked the door after him or not.

He curled into himself, clutching his stomach with one hand.

Chuuya bit his lips hard enough to bleed, trying to keep the tears from escaping.
