Fiery Flame, Frosty Flick

Rogues. Again.

Tony's POV

I'm kinda freaked out. The way Shadow acted after my mom reached out to touch the pups... Scary. Like I think I released my bladder. Anyway after Shadow left to go to sleep with the pups, Sammy was like, 'Shadow was on fire mummy help her!' And she was freaking out more than I was. Heh...

Mum just smiled while looking after Shadow as she left. Then her smile went towards me. This is her famous, 'I-know-something-you-don't!' smile and if it's directed towards you, then that means you're in for some dam stuff. Like beaver dam.

Mum walked outside for a minute while I sat on the couch in the pack house living room silently. Sammy sat beside me. "What happened?" She didn't know much about wolf forms and stuff, she had transformed yet. (Foreshadowing... :D )

"Shadow almost killed me with flames, that's what." As I said this, Sammy was slapping my jacket. My leather biker jacket that I got from dad. I looked at where she was slapping and saw flames on my coat. "The flip-" I jumped up and out the back side window of the house. I landed in a pool, becoming soaking wet. Sammy looked at me from the window. Suddenly she looked scared as she pointed behind me.

I turned around and I saw a rogue got in the fence. I door know how, it was silver coated. He jumped after me as I ran inside and up stairs. I reached Sammy and shoved her into the guest room, following her, thinking Shadow and I could keep her safe. I closed the door quickly and turned to face Shadow. She was in wolf form, shocked by the sudden intrusion. "Tony I we about to get in the shower and I was nude..." She whimpered, then pointed at Sammy. Sammy looked at me. "Rogue in the house. Guard people. Extra guards come." I said aloud and through the mind link quickly. Everyone either screamed through the mind link or said 'yes Alpha.'

Fiery/Shadow's eyes darkened. I think Fiery took over. 'I can't control her, Fiery's mad...' I heard a whisper through the mind link. "How the flip did you get into the mind link?!" I asked Fiery. She smirked and said, "My powers activated. Now I have a different wolf pelt, but it's okay. Just looks cooler." She chuckled. "Except now there's more flames." She grinned evilly at that. I sighed.

Fiery padded forward and walked through the door without burning or making a hole through it. 'Dam, that's hot!' Dmitri whistled I my mind. 'Dam, you're an idiot...' We both said beaver dam I think. Maybe Dmitri didn't. I don't know.

I still heard her flames in front of the door. She was probably guarding the hallway. "You know there's a window right?" I yelled over the commotion that had started in the pack house. She grumbled something incoherently and padded back in the same way she did going out. If her eyes could, they darkened even more. She growled behind us, Sammy at my side. "Oh Moon Goddess, the pups..." I whimpered.
(Some more pup protection...!!!!)

Shadow's POV

Fiery turned around and padded back through the door when she heard Tony say there's a window. She grumbled, "I left you to guard it Tony..." When we could see past Sam and Tony, we saw a rogue trying to steal the pups. He noticed I saw him and bolted with just Kade. But it was MY Kade.

Something snapped a deep inside the pit of my belly. I bolted forward and grabbed his pant leg, pulling backwards, growling ferociously. The rogue was in human form so I could see his facial features perfectly. He looked afraid and whimpered. I let go, thinking he would give back the pup. But I was wrong. He took that chance and flung himself out and past the fence, then ran to the perimeter of the pack territory.

After he left my vision, my bones broke. I screamed as I changed back in wolf form. I heard Tony say for Sammy to get the pack doc. I whimpered as the pain became unbearable. I curled into a ball, crying and sobbing about the lost pup. I thought I could save it.

But I was wrong.

Hey peeps, left you on a cliffhanger kinda sorta there. So much pup protection it what happened to Shadow? I know and you don't! Lol. Jk. I'm writing as I know stuff. So yeah. I'm prob gonna update again because I got more people reading so yeah.
