A/N: Welcome back to season 2 of the dead rising. I know I have been away for a few months, and i apologize for that. I needed some time to get the first 2 chapters of the new season written down, so I have some ideas to read of. But with the apology out of the way, we can get now get on with the chapter. Enjoy chapter 1 of season 2.
Bruna's pov
As we begin to leave the umbrella base with a few supplies and some more people u suddenly stop because I hear a beeping sound somewhere and as I begin to move closer the sound gets louder and I have to ask the only person who knows what it could be "negan" I call he looks back as I asks "what is that beeping noise" as soon as I ask that question neegan face looses all colour and he get really worried and says "they are not that sadistic and stupid to do this to there own base are they?"
Neegan's flashback
As neegan gets back to the umbrella base from a very weird feeling mission, he sees people moving around very quickly, like there was an emergency. As neegan suddenly spots wesker, he goes up and asks him a question. "Wesker, why is everyone moving around like there is an emergency or something, and what are you building?"
Wesker just turns around and smirks saying in a very smooth tone but commanding tone "we have just received word that there could be an attack on our base soon by another base because we have kidnaped a girl who was meant to be delivered to us but did not and the girl in question is immune and we are going to kill her to get a cure made".
As soon as negan hears that it make him feel like ge is going to be sick and he asks Wesker "do you have to kill her". Wesker just smirks, and kids and say to negan "you are not going soft on us are you neegan?" Negan immediately shakes his head and says "no not at all" Wesker looks at him and say's "good and just to be sure our research does not end up in the wrong hands if we lose this base is rigged woth enough c4 that nobody will know that this base even existed" after he said that he laugh led as I left to be debriefed.
Present day Michael's pov
As the group get closer to the beeping it becomes even more quicker and negan tells every one to run and carries me as soon as we are at a safe enough distant we go to the floor so no debris hit us as the umbrella base explodes and debris is scattered everywhere.
