Chapter 7

Chandlers POV

Melody and I walked up stairs and sat on my bed, "hey chandler" melody said "yeah" I answered "why were you so protective of me?" She asked "I uhh I" I didn't know what to say, I was speechless as melody came and sat extremely close to me." Chandler I .... I really like you and I understand if you don't feel the same way but I just wanted you to know." She Said quickly and stressed. I had an expression of complete shock " melody" I said and grabbed her hand rubbing it and looking into her eyes " melody I know you feel like this for me but I I love you in a way that has no attraction like that its just the fact that you remind me so much of my mother, by how sweet, caring, and beautiful just like her the only way I could think of you is as family would you be my family?" I said to her giving her am innocent pleading look. She gave me a big smile and said "I completely understand and I would love to be your family" "thank you" I said and embraced her.

She put her arms around me and said "thank you" all I did was hug her more."ok I'll see you at school bro" melody said as she walked out it was about 7:00 pm so I decided I'd get my shower and put on my pajamas, so I did. Once I got out of the shower I put on my pj's and went down stairs to eat, and since I fail at cooking anything that won't kill you I ordered it, food yay orange chicken fuck yeah. Food is here now so I paid for it and went to eat it in my room while I finished my homework, and when I was done it was only WHAT!? 8:00 pm what the fuck.

It was maybe 9:00 when I actually fell asleep. RING RING RING!! My alarm said to wake me at six like all mornings, I hate how sleep works it feels like a second but it's sooooo nice, anyways I got ready and ate breakfast then got on the bus and had to endure the torture of jocks, and preps making fun of me, and pushing my face into the window. I'm fed up with this, "STOP IT YOU HOE!" I yelled at this random jock and kicked him off my seat. "STOP TOUCHING ME, STAY THE FUCK AWAY FROM ME AND GO DIE IN A HOLE!" I yelled again and he slowly backed away and I went back to listening to my music until we got to school. As I arrived at school I got off the bus and walked to my class room and set my stuff down as I was late because my bus was late and everyone just had to stare. "What are you looking at?" I asked everyone who was starring and I sat down.

"Dude are you bleeding?" Some kid asked me and I reached for my head and sure enough I was bleeding. Wow. "Whatever" I shrugged it off and just sat there. Everyone occasionally stared but it's whatever I don't feel it anymore, it's nothing. I sat through pain staking class and endured it till lunch and I saw melody at a table there was an open seat by her so I decided why not, and went to sit by her, but someone sat and pushed me out of the way and of course clumsy me falls on his ass. "Hey!" I yelled and melody and the guy turned around, "chandler!? Are you ok?" Melody said. "What the hell why'd you push me!?" I asked that guy "because I was gonna sit here" he said "well so was I!" I responded, "well to bad so sad" he said "move" melody said and pushed him off the seat, as I quickly sat by her. "Jerk" she said and ignored him, hehe I love her

"Hey girly" I said as I sat next to melody, "hey" she responded and smiled. I smiled back and said "thanks for getting that guy off my back before I blew up again." "What do you mean?" She asked so I explained about what happened on the bus and she just stared at me, as it remained silent for almost a full minute until her friend broke that silence that with, "are you guys dating or something?" I quickly jumped and looked at her, "no, why do you ask?" I stared at her generally wondering and she just stared at me as if I was stupid or something. "What?" I asked and she just turned away and talked to her friend, well now I'm confused as hell. I ignored her and turned to melody, "how are you?" I asked and smiled, "fine, you?" She asked "I'm ok" I answered and stared at her, "w-what?" She asked and I said nothing but continued to stare at her, "c-chandler stop that" she said and I ignored her just staring and thinking how much she doesn't look like my mom but is just as if not more radiantly beautiful as my mom, it's amazing.

"Chandler? Chandler?!" Melody yelled and pulled me out of my thoughts, "oh! Sorry haha", I chuckled nervously and looked away. What's happening? I'm thinking of her less as family now, I need to stop I can't she's, shes, she's perfect. The bell rings and I get up quickly "uh see ya later!" I said nervously and walked off quickly to class. Ugh what's going on with me lately? I'm so confused! I hate this I just want it to stop. I want to stop... I turned the corner and went into my class with that last thought on my mind.
