The Scottish Girl In The Maze

Day 1

Yn's pov:

Ouch!! Why does my head hurt,where am I, WHO AM I??? Yn thought to herself.
"Let me out!!" I screamed for about ten minutes but gave up when I realized I was losing my voice and it was no use. Why couldn't I remember anything. Then I saw a green light so I hid in a corner of the box thing I was in. When the box reached the top I heard a lot of muffled noises. The doors opened and I looked up and gasped when I saw about ten boys. Two of them jumped in and shouted "it's a girl."
Then there was stuff like "she is pretty."
"I call dibs."
"You can't call dibs, she's a girl not an object."
The rest was all a blur.

When I woke up I was in a room I looked around and noticed a boy sitting reading a book. I quickly went to stand up then he noticed I was awake and said I had to go see someone called Alby. I just gave him a look of confusion and said "who is that exactly" It sounded a lot ruder than I wanted it to. He looked shocked at my words then said I forgot you didn't even make it out of the box whilst laughing. "Sorry I am Jeff" the boy said whilst holding out his hand I just looked at him so he said "looks like you don't like handshakes noted" I then felt a wave of guilt wash over me so I assured him that I just wasn't used to anyone yet.

A bit after walking and talking with Jeff we found Alby with everyone else. The one talking I assumed was Alby because I was told he was like the leader of the glade.

"Alby" Jeff said in a normal voice alby turned around and dismissed everyone else and came over to us. "Hey Greenie" Alby said I just looked shocked. "Hi I guess" I responded. "What is a Greenie though"  I said genuinely confused he just sighed and told me to walk and talk with him. So I did. He told me everything from what a Greenie was right through to what was beyond the walls. After we got back to what Alby called homestead we saw a familiar blond with a funny accent. Not like mine even though everyone said mine was funny and I talked too fast. The blonds was different Alby said he was British and the rest of them were American. He told me my name and the accents name would come back to me soon.

~~Time Skip~~

It was late and the walls had sealed shut I was confused as to why no one was shocked at the walls moving. I was leaning against a log lost In my thoughts until a certain somebody put their hand on my shoulder I looked up to the brit and he smiled "do you mind if I join you" He asked in a soft innocent voice "Sure but can you introduce others to me after I don't want to be called the only girl with no friends" he just giggled and stood up and said "My name is newt by the way" He turned to walk away but relised i wasn't following "well are you coming?" I just smiled and said I would love to. He introduced me to everyone and they all seemed nice but one boy was nicer than all of them his name was kolby.

Kolby pov:

"I am sure I know her" I said as I sat next to Minho. That's when a name popped into my head YN followed by a memory. It was me and yn on a roof watching a helicopter when we were eight. Our parents came running up to the roof and rushed us into the house. That's when someone knocked on the door saying they had five minutes to get us to pack everything up that we might need. I snapped out of my thoughts as Minho was snapping his fingers at me. I looked around and there was no one Was about. "It is time for bed shank" is all Minho said before leaving. I had just realized I was in my thoughts for the full bonfire it was already really late.
