As you know, our baby boy Luffy is always adorable. Once you talk to him, you are immediately his friend—like boom! Even though they just met, Luffy still cared for Mike after what happened to him. How thoughtful
————————————————————————————————————————After the tumultuous events of the Marineford War, the world was left in shock and awe. The news spread quickly—Ace was alive, and so was Whitebeard. However, amidst these miraculous survivals, the shadow of Mike's sacrifice loomed over Luffy. The young pirate was disappointed in himself for not keeping Mike's promise, and the weight of that failure lingered heavily on his heart.
Luffy's recovery took place on Amazon Lily, where the inhabitants and their leader, Boa Hancock—now known to Luffy and his friends as a boy—tended to his wounds. Jinbei stayed by Luffy's side, ensuring his recovery went smoothly.
Hancock watched over Luffy with a protective intensity. One day, as Luffy voraciously consumed a massive meal prepared by Hancock, Jinbei joined in, eating heartily as well.
"Luffy, you need to eat plenty to regain your strength," Jinbei said between mouthfuls.
Hancock, noticing the food disappearing quickly, shot Jinbei a glare. "Jinbei, don't eat so much! It's for Luffy!"
Jinbei choked on his food in surprise, looking sheepish. "Sorry."
Luffy laughed, the sound a welcome relief from the weight of recent events. "It's okay, Jinbei. There's plenty for both of us!"
As Luffy's spirits began to lift, a familiar figure arrived on Amazon Lily, swimming through the surrounding waters with impressive speed. It was Silvers Rayleigh, the Dark King, who had met Luffy back at Sabaody Archipelago.
"Rayleigh!" Luffy exclaimed, jumping up to greet the older man.
Rayleigh smiled, a glint of pride in his eyes. "Luffy, it's good to see you again."
Luffy's eyes widened.
"For the next two years, I'll teach you everything I know. It's time for you to become stronger, to protect those you care about and fulfill your dream."
Luffy agreed without hesitation, the memory of Mike's sacrifice fueling his determination. He knew that to prevent more losses and to keep his promises, he needed to become stronger.
Rayleigh explained the rigorous training regimen. "Luffy, we'll focus on mastering Haki, improving your combat skills, and pushing your Devil Fruit abilities to their limits."
Hancock, though saddened by Luffy's departure for training, supported his decision. "Luffy, I believe in you. We'll be here, waiting for your return."
Before leaving, Luffy took a moment to reflect on Mike's sacrifice.
"I won't forget you, Mike," Luffy whispered. "I'll keep fighting, for you and for everyone."
Jinbei, standing beside Luffy, placed a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "You have the strength to honor his memory, Luffy. We'll all be rooting for you."
With a heavy heart but a determined spirit, Luffy bade farewell to his friends on Amazon Lily and set off with Rayleigh. The next two years would be grueling, but Luffy knew it was necessary.
Rayleigh led Luffy to an isolated island, perfect for their intensive training. "Luffy, this is where you'll learn to harness your true potential. Are you ready?"
Luffy nodded, his resolve unwavering. "I'm ready, Rayleigh. Let's do this."
As Luffy trained, the world continued to change. The news of Ace and Whitebeard's survival spread, altering the power dynamics across the seas. Pirates and Marines alike prepared for the inevitable confrontations that lay ahead.
On Amazon Lily, Hancock and the Kuja Pirates maintained their vigilance, awaiting Luffy's return. Jinbei, too, remained dedicated, ready to support Luffy when the time came.
Two years of intense training were finally coming to an end. Luffy had grown stronger, mastering Haki and pushing his abilities to their limits under Rayleigh's guidance. The Dark King looked at Luffy with pride, knowing the young pirate was ready to face the world once more.
"Tomorrow, you'll reunite with your crew," Rayleigh said, sitting on a fallen log, the remnants of their training grounds around them.
Luffy grinned, his excitement palpable. "I can't wait to see everyone again!"
Rayleigh, with a twinkle in his eye, pulled out a large piece of meat from a bag. "But before you go, I have a reward for you."
Luffy's eyes widened, his mouth watering at the sight of the delicious meat. "Meat! Thanks, Rayleigh!"
As Luffy eagerly took the meat, Rayleigh gestured for him to sit beside him. "You've earned it, Luffy. You've worked incredibly hard these past two years."
Luffy sat down, tearing into the meat with his usual enthusiasm. Rayleigh watched him, a fond smile on his face. The bond they had formed during the training was evident, built on mutual respect and a shared goal.
After a few moments, Luffy, still chewing, looked up at Rayleigh with a mischievous glint in his eyes. Without warning, he hopped onto Rayleigh's lap, settling comfortably while continuing to eat.
Rayleigh chuckled, a warm, paternal feeling washing over him. "Comfortable there, Luffy?"
Luffy nodded, his cheeks stuffed with food. "Yesh! Thish meat is delishoush!" he said, his words muffled by his full mouth.
Rayleigh looked down at Luffy, his smile softening. "You know, Luffy, you've come a long way. I'm proud of you."
Luffy looked up, swallowing a big chunk of meat. "Thanks, Rayleigh. I couldn't have done it without you."
The two sat there, sharing the meal and the moment, the bond between mentor and student stronger than ever. Luffy's spirit was unbreakable, his determination unwavering, and Rayleigh knew that this young man would change the world.
As the sun set, casting a golden hue over the island, Rayleigh spoke again. "Remember, Luffy, the world is vast and full of challenges. But I have no doubt you'll overcome them."
Luffy, now finished with his meat, looked up with a bright smile. "I'll become the Pirate King, Rayleigh. I promise."
Rayleigh nodded, his heart swelling with pride. "I believe you will. Now, let's get some rest. Tomorrow, you set sail for your next adventure."
With the first light of dawn, Luffy and Rayleigh stood at the shore. A ship was waiting to take Luffy back to Sabaody Archipelago, where he would reunite with his crew.
"Good luck, Luffy," Rayleigh said, placing a hand on Luffy's shoulder. "Remember everything you've learned."
Luffy nodded, his eyes shining with determination. "I will, Rayleigh. Thank you for everything."
As Luffy boarded the ship, he waved back at Rayleigh. The Dark King watched with a proud smile, knowing Luffy was ready for whatever lay ahead.
The ship set sail, and Luffy stood at the bow, feeling the wind in his hair. He thought about his training, the bond he had formed with Rayleigh, and the promise he made to become the Pirate King.
