Chapter 7 - Heading Home

We were packed, done a once over of the house and were now in Rory's car. He'd rang and said he'd take us to the airport, he said it would save us from hiring a taxi or taking our car and then forking out a lot of money to leave it there,

"Thanks for doing this Rory" I said,

"It's nothing, honestly, we owe this much to your parents"

"We appreciate it" Noah said,

"We just wish we could have done more for you" Rory said,

"You have Rory. Don't think otherwise"

We headed into the airport after saying goodbye and were on our way to check in. Well, to find someone to whisk us away to the business class lounge.

So there we were again, sat in a business class lounge waiting for a flight. After 5 minutes of being in the airport I spotted the pair of intelligence operatives. So it was no surprise when I saw the two of them sat down in the lounge. I stood up and went to head out of the lounge when Angelo, Noah and Arii all barked at me,

"Crutches"

"I'm not going far, I don't need them" I said,

"I'm going to remove your boot and keep it, so you'll have to use them" Angelo said,

"It doesn't hurt and I think I can manage walking a few paces out of the room"

"Keane, you don't help yourself" Noah said, I went to reply when Tayte stood up,

"I've got him guys, we'll be two minutes" He said coming after me.

"I don't know how I'm going to put up with this" I said, Tayte smiled,

"I'll keep you sane" He replied

"So what is it?"

"The intelligence operatives have been following us since we set foot in the airport. They're the two men sat by their selves pretending to read the newspaper"

"Are you sure?"

"Tayte, are you seriously doubting my ability to spot people following us who shouldn't be?" he didn't reply, "Exactly"

"Have Noah and Angelo spotted them?"

"I don't know, maybe...but if we bring it into conversation let's do it discreetly"

We re-entered the lounge and both men watched us, I looked at Tayte and he nodded,

"Those men keep looking at us, they watched you until you sat down" Noah said,

"Yeah, we've noticed"

"Maybe they are FBI or somebody" Arii said,

"We'll just have to keep an eye on them" I said.

At least everyone was now on board with people following us!

We were ushered onto the plane first, since I was on crutches and Angelo had specifically asked for special treatment. Though I told him I didn't need it. The business class seats were large, comfy and just perfect for me to fully stretch out. There were 10 seats in total in this section of the plane and we were along one row, the other, no surprises had the two agents and one other man.
