Stupid Vinnie Crowe came and talked to me. Ugh what a creep. Nobody wants his stupid emo ass.. except for maybe Nadine. My best friend.

Nadine has lived next door to me since we were little girls. She's liked Vinnie since we were young, but he paid no attention to her. I even tried to lock them into the locker rooms together, but even that didn't work. Nadine says she's over it, she has a boyfriend now, but I still see it in her eyes every time she looks at him. I got every boy she wanted up until her now boyfriend.

"Nadine!" I knock on her door.

she opens it, rubs her eyes and smiles.

"Nadine! I need to become a basic white girl!" I say, freaking out.

"Ray, you're not even white." she says with a puzzled look.

"Nevermind that. I need to look good for my Jakey.."

My wild black and pink hair has been tamed. We couldn't get the pink out, but it wasn't as crazy as before. we straightened it to make me look much more white. Jake only dates white girls anyways.

"Isn't that kind of a red flag?" Nadine asks. but I shoot her down. Jake does no wrong.

We get me a basic white tube top and some light ripped shorts. I take off my loads of eyeliner. he will love me now.

"Slayy girl!" Nadine says

that's when I notice Vinnie staring in from the window. Nadine gets bright red, I can see the magic happening between them already. I break the silence: "What the flip dude!"

Vinnie stares at us, nose pressed up against the screen. He lowkey looks like a pig. When he hears me and noticed we saw him he trips, falling through the screen and breaking it. He began howling in pain. He then stopped "Wow Raven your room smells so good.. It smells like you."
