My dear sister Anoko,
I know you are waiting for my arrival at home, but I have to assure you sister, I will not be returning home until I have achieved my final goal. I have a burning desire to explore and find it, we will set sail to the undiscovered north. I will find my great purpose in life and be of use dear sister.

My dear sister Anoko,
We are out in the ocean and making swift progress towards our expedition to find the undiscovered lands. I do feel however, a lack of companionship in this expedition, I hope to find someone, who truly understands me. My desire to be great and find my purpose has left me on this lonely path. I have my full confidence that we will achieve our goals.

Letter 3
My dear sister Anoko,
It seems that our ship has unfortunately been stuck between sheets of ice. While we were waiting, we have noticed a man wearing a blue outfit out in the arctic on a sledge, being chased after a gigantic figure, the dogs on the sledge has died and the men weak and starving. He rested with us for 2 days before he was even able to utter a word. I didn't want to burden him with many questions though, so I let him rest for a bit. After some time, we have become friends it seems, he is the companion I was looking for. I shall write to you soon again.

AN: Anoko means "that girl" or "a girl" in Japanese, I just wanted to have a character that is not from the original cast to throw away :P
