Some teachers had rage-filled eyes ready to murder Endeavor if they could, while others stared into nothingness with misty eyes, in denial of what they had witnessed. The faculty room couldn't possibly become any more tense and somber than it was at the moment. But, there was also an undeniable thirst for justice. No one would ever believe them, but they knew they had no choice. They were going to rescue their student even if it meant going against the Number 1 hero.
The rest of the night was spent by the teachers thinking up ways of rescuing Shoto (and under angry muttering, how to murder Endeavor).

THE NEXT DAY...
As far as the students knew as they went to their classrooms, it was as normal of a day of school as ever, but for the teachers, it was the start of a rescue mission meticulously planned to save their student.
It officially began when Aizawa was sitting waiting anxiously at his desk in the classroom for all his students to arrive, including a certain two-tone-haired boy. Though, he knew he was probably going to have to extend his waiting for him-
wait....he's early? Aizawa had to blink and re-adjust his eyes to make sure he was seeing correctly. If anything, he was fully prepared and expecting to not see Shoto that day, considering the potentially traumatizing events of yesterday or at the very least for him to be late. Upon closer inspection at the now seated student though, it became apparent to the teacher that the boy was indeed worse for wear compared to his usual appearance; unkempt hair, bruises littering whatever skin was visible on his face and hands, and a bandage poorly wrapped around his neck.
Aizawa felt a flood of guilt wash over him as he saw the weak state of his student, though obviously not showing it in his composure. Just what was Endeavor doing to him at home?! He contemplated calling Shoto over to ask some questions but dropped the idea quickly as he watched the boy fall asleep on his desk, not wanting to bother. Some 30 minutes went by and soon enough the classroom was full of students and classes started promptly, not before an unknowing Bakugo screamed at Shoto to wake up.
-
Lunch rolled by quickly, and the students were pouring out of their classrooms to head to the cafeteria. Aizawa turned the corner of the hallway behind where the rowdy crowd of students were, spotting his two-tone haired target. The second phase of the plan began. He called him over to catch his attention. Two more tries but still to no avail.
Aizawa swore he saw the boy hesitate to turn around but decided against it. He walked back to the faculty room contemplating. Of course....it was never gonna be so easy to get him to talk. He practically ran away from us yesterday, avoiding our gazes and all. Must be difficult for him to accept all this, but....
..hm....I'll try again later.
-
A few more hours of classes passed by and it was dismissal once again. The class 1-A homeroom teacher waited intently at his desk for an opportunity to call Shoto over as the class was packing up and leaving, only to be interrupted by the Baku-squad screaming at each other as they exited in front of him, blocking his view of the back of the classroom. To his dismay, the classroom had already become empty once the boys left and he only caught a glimpse of white hair from outside the window.
No...I still have to try....Theres no way I'd just let him go home all beat up like this!
Aizawa ran out of the classroom and called Shoto's name again. This time his student finally paused walking, hesitating once again. His teacher slowly closed the distance between them and called him over again albeit in a softer tone. Shoto stood there head down, seemingly waiting for his teacher to talk. Aizawa noticed how panicked the boy seemed to be, standing there frozen, heavy breathing, but...
Now's my chance...
"Shoto, let's talk-"
As if in the blink of an eye though, Shoto hesitated, and walked away once again, turning the corner away from his teacher's view as quickly as he could. Before he knew it, he was standing in the hallway alone, once again failing in his attempt to save his student.
He stood there disappointed at his student's unwillingness to get help and his own incapability to help him. Wasting no time though, he went back to the faculty room with a new revised plan in hand to announce to his co-teachers.
-
"All Might" he called out from his desk in his usual deep voice.
The tall blonde appeared from behind his computer, acknowledging the call.
"You're Class A's first class tomorrow, right? Could I borrow Shoto during that time?" Aizawa was now laid back in his office chair as other teachers also peeked from their desks to listen in.
Midnight was the first to comment. "Oh.. I take your attempts failed today by the way you were all hunched at your desk and giving us no update?" Aizawa didn't reply, only giving a tired glare back at his coworker.
"Do what you gotta do, Aizawa." All Might finally replied back in his more serious tone of voice. "Also, don't forget to tell the boy about the thing we discussed yesterday, yeah? It's our only option of helping him right now when he's unwilling to get help."
"Yeah, I haven't forgotten." The black-haired merely replied, going back to grading papers.
Tomorrow....tomorrow we'll get answers.
To be continued...
