Description: Colbalt is an energy based quirk that allows the user to inhans their capabilities to their max potential, but can be extremely straining on the body, but the strain can be slowly mitigated to a far lesser level with training the body.
Colbalt is able to change its form, from an Inhansment Quirk to an Offensive Quirk, only limited by the user's creativity, but the strain is placed onto the mind which could change the mind of the user to a more primal state if used to much, it can be lessened to a minor mindgrain with proper discipline and meditation.
