He asked you in the library, you were looking for a specific book for potions when he came up behind you and accidentally scared you. After apologizing he asked you out to make up for it.

Ron:

Hermonie actually asked you because he was to worked up and freaked out to do it himself.

Draco:

He waited until your brother wasn't around and wrote a note leaving it somewhere you'd be sure to see it.

George:

You guys were just joking around after you all had pranked filtch when George finally spoke up. "Y/n?" "Yeah?" "Go out with me?" He asked gauging your reaction. You smiled "okay." A grin was plastered on his face and you couldn't contain yours either.

Fred:

You walked into your room and picked up your favorite book. When you opened it a piece of parchment fell out that read.
