Horikita's POV

I woke up in the morning at 6:30 am, the usual time for the start of my day. I have been trying to keep my fitness up by jogging everyday for half an hour and then getting ready and heading for school

But today's routine was not the same as Today was a weekend. So stopped the alarm from ringing as it was truly annoying. then, I decided to sleep a little more

But just as I was about to go into my dream world again, a ringing sound came from my phone. I picked up my phone to see who was calling me so early with an annoyed look on my face but as soon as I saw the caller id, my face turned from annoyed to joy. Don't know why?

I picked up the call and said "Good Morning Ayanokoji-kun" and a voice came from the other side "Good Morning Horikita. Are u free in the afternoon?"

Hmm... Why is he asking me that? Does he wants to take me on a date perhaps?

Instantly, I felt my face burning up and i turned towards the phone and then said "I am but why are you asking this? Are u perhaps asking me on a date?" I decided to tease him a little but instantly he spoke up "U can say that ig. I wanted to ask whether you want to come with me to the new cafe that has opened in the keyaki Mall?"

I was shocked by how can he say such things bluntly without a hint of hesitation and my flushing face was making me stammer when i replied to him "W-Why a-are u asking me? U-U can go alone if you want"

"You are right but I heard that it is mainly filled with girls and I may feel uncomfortable there. You are the closest girl i have in this school, that's why I was asking u. If you don't want then no problem" He said to me

"No no. Its alright and i will tag along with u because I know that I am the only one who is closest to u or talks to you" I said to him with smirk on my face. "Ok, lets meet in the lobby at 2 pm. Ok?" he asked me

"Well the time is ok but you will come why do we have to meet at the lobby? We both are literally Neighbours" I asked him while raising my eyebrow

"Well I have to meet someone before going to the cafe thats why I will meet u in the lobby" he told me. I wanted to ask him who he was going to meet but i refrained from asking in order to not pry in his matters. Then I said him goodbye and he did the same

Why am I so excited about going to date with Ayanokoji-kun? Don't tell me I like him

I instantly buried my face in the pillow to hide my flushed face from no one

After doing my same routine, I was currently getting ready for my dat- no no Meetup with Ayanokoji-kun. After getting dressed up, I took the elevator and reached the Lobby where I saw Ayanokoji-kun, sitting in the sofa.

As soon as he saw me, he got up. I scanned him from head to toe and got confused with his outfit.

"Why are u wearing School uniform Ayanokoji-kun?" I asked him. "Actually, I only have this. I haven't bought any casual dress to wear" He replied
