LORI WOKE UP FROM HER LONGEST sleep ever. Her head was pounding, though, she didn't know what it was from.
She didn't know what she texted Jack last night, but she was sure it wasn't good.
She rolled her eyes at the thought of getting up, but her legs overcome it. Getting up, and going downstairs.
This is suicide. Lori thought as she walked to her living room. She sat down on her couch, as she slammed her face into the nearest pillow.
These emotions were overcoming her, it was eating her up like she was it's prey.
Her question was how she would get rid of it. just forget Jack, right? That would be too hard, she thought. Though, she already blocked him.
One thing that would distract her, was calling Mannie over. She could invite her friends over, but two of them were lesbian and didn't know any boy advice at all, and one is a boy, who had no girlfriend experience. She knew that Mannie was a tiny bit mad at her, but she would come.
Lori lifted her face from the pillow, and dragged her feet from off the couch, and onto the ground.
Luckily, her bedroom wasn't that far away. She snatched her phone from the end of her bed, and went to her contacts.

LORI SMILED AT HER FRIENDS reply, as Mannie couldn't be mad at her forever. She traveled over to her living room again.
She was sitting on the couch for what felt like an eternity, before hearing the doorbell ring. It was music to her ears.
She knew Mannie already had a spare key. Mannie came inside at the hearing of a door opening.
"Here's some candy, because this is going to get juicy." Mannie announced to Lori's house, handing her a mini starbursts bag.
"Thanks, I was craving these." Mannie winked at her with a grin.
"I'm so ready to hear all that happened from this Jack guy." Mannie says, walking over to where Lori was. She grabbed a pillow before sitting down.
"So, he asked me to dinner you know, after all the party and ghosting me." Mannie tilted her head, intrigued.
"And once I got there, he was not there yet. I didn't think anything of it. After waiting there for thirty minutes, he wasn't there. He practically ghosted me." Lori continued. Mannie gasped.
"That bitch!" Mannie exclaimed throwing the pillow at the other side of the couch. "He's a red flag."
"Maybe! But this could still happen." Lori says with a smile at Mancy's reaction. Mannies jaw dropped.
"You still consider getting with him?" She asked, her eyebrows furrowed.
"Yes, and is there a problem with that?" Mannie nodded repeatedly. Lori rolled her eyes playfully at her, and threw a pillow at her.
"Listen, just block him on everything, until he comes begging to you. Simple." Mannie said, getting up and bowing at her statement.
"I am not doing that." Mannie tilted her head at Lori. Mannie grabbed her phone from her room. She searched through it.
"Here you go. Blocked him on everything for you." Mannie said, handing Lori her phone back.
Lori rolled her eyes playfully and layed back. "Now, I have news of my own." Mannie announced. Lori instantly sat up.
"August and I are dating-" Mannie started before getting cut off by Lori.
"I knew it!" Lori exclaimed, shooting up. Mannie just laughed.
"Pipe down lover girl." Mannie says after laughing. Loris mouth went into a grin and rolled her eyes.
AFTER MANNIE left, all Lori could think about is how mannie said to block him everywhere, and let him come begging on her doorstep.
Of course, after all that ghosting shit, he should, but Lori had a soft heart that was still beating rapidly for him.
Lori had mixed emotions still.
Her doorbell rang. Her eyebrows furrowed, but she went to her door anyway.
She opened the door to see Jack with a bouquet of her favorite flowers, tulips.
"I am sorry. I wasn't thinking correctly last night, and when you blocked me this morning I realized my mistake." He says. The words echoes in her ears. She took the flowers.
"How'd you know my favorite flower?" Lori asked, her eye rows furrowed with a grin. She glanced down at the flowers, then back up at him.
"I had a little help." Jack replied with a cheeky grin, and a shoulder shrug. Lori tilted her head at him with a smile.
"August." She muttered with a grin. August was the only person she told her favorite flower to.
"I hope you like them." Jack says, staring at his shoes. Lori had a tight smile.
"I love them. Thank you." Lori said with a smile. Jack admired her for a second.
"Also, can you unblock me?" He asked with a laugh. Lori laughed before nodding.
"Yeah, I will."
"I have to get going. Text me when you're free." He said with a wink, and a wave. Lori shut the door. Her own jaw dropped.
I can't believe Jack got forgiven, but it's okay 😛😛
