{Prologue}

Y/N Rodgers. A teen trying to forget the horrors of her childhood, including her family.

Jeffery Woods. The Stupid delinquent who tried to kill her.

       The More Y/N tries to live a "Normal Life", the more she realizes that it may not be as easy as she thought, especially after finding out there's a killer in the same town she convinced herself that had been the perfect place. And to stir the pot, they know her brother. Y/N tried to ignore him, she really did. So why did he always come back?
     •Those piercing blue eyes, and that shaggy overgrown mullet. Why are they so damn attractive?

She just wanted out.
-Out of her town.
-Out of her family.
-Out of the public eye.
-Out of the constant doctors.
-Out of it all.

So why?
Why is she deemed a failure by society just because of some lunatic brother she had? Moving to a new town helped solve about half of her problems. She finally felt as if the weight on her shoulders had lifted after 5 years of this torture. 5 years she had to deal with random people running away from her. Mothers grabbing their children when she walked by. People Glaring at her for her brother's actions, even if they should have been justified. But she knows. She shouldn't have survived that night, the constant guilt of knowing her brother spared her life, constantly left her with questions.
Like for one, why did he not kill her too? Sure she was his sister, but did that really matter in the moment? She doesn't feel any guilt for her father, even feels as tho he deserved it, which he did in her eyes. But she can't help but miss a part of her before all of that.

Now five years have gone by and she still gets constant reminders by the public about her traumatic past. However at this point, she doesn't find it in her body to care anymore. Y/N can finally live as she wants too, and her dream?

•Live a Normal Life.

So why at the very point in her life she feels the most normal, does he decide to intrude? She just wanted out of it all. But is the world she tried so hard to move past, really so bad after all?
