The sound of the doorbell interrupted Tanya's kitchen chores, prompting her to hurriedly make her way to the entrance. Opening the door, she was greeted by the familiar faces of Derik and Dr. Christopher.

"Good morning, Tanya," Christopher greeted warmly as he entered the house alongside Derik.

"Good morning, Doctor, and good morning, bhai," Tanya replied with a smile, welcoming them inside.

"Where's Ryan?" Derik inquired, scanning the surroundings.

"Upstairs," Tanya gestured, indicating the direction.

"Alright, we'll head up," Christopher said, and the two men made their way towards the stairs.

"I'll bring some refreshments," Tanya informed them before heading back to the kitchen.

In the room, Ryan was lost in thought as he lay on the bed.

"Ahem... Can we come inside?" Derik's playful voice echoed as he knocked on the door.

"Oh, you guys are here!" Ryan straightened up, gesturing for them to enter.

"How are you, man?" Derik asked, offering a gentle smile.

"Fine," Ryan replied with a nod, returning the smile.

"So, Ryan, let's do some tests. Shall we?" Christopher suggested, to which Ryan nodded, giving his consent to proceed.

Meanwhile, Tanya prepared fresh juices and a hot coffee for Ryan and the guests. Carrying the refreshments on a tray, she carefully made her way to their room. Derik assisted her in arranging the drinks on the stand as she entered.

"Well, Tanya, I must say you did a great job. Ryan has completely recovered. There shouldn't be any more trouble with his health," Christopher informed her with a smile.

"Really? That means there's no need to continue those medicines, right?" Tanya asked eagerly, hopeful for confirmation.

Christopher hesitated momentarily, exchanging a glance with Ryan, who closed his eyes before nodding. "Yes."

"Thank God," Tanya breathed a sigh of relief.

"And Ryan, you're cured, but that doesn't mean you can be lazy about your diet," Christopher teased, prompting a playful smirk from Tanya as she shot a teasing glance at Ryan.

"Doctor, leave that to me. I'll take care of it," Tanya assured with a mischievous glint in her eyes.

"Okay then, I'm off to the hospital. See you around," Christopher bid his farewells before taking his leave.

After Christopher left, Derik turned to Tanya with a pleading expression. "Tanya, now it's our turn, sooo..."

"Okay, okay... I'm going," Tanya acquiesced, raising her hands in surrender before leaving the room.

Derik settled into his seat beside Ryan, ready to engage in conversation.

"Why did you call me last night?" Derik inquired, curiosity evident in his tone.

"Actually, Derik, I was on the verge of revealing the truth to Tanya yesterday," Ryan admitted, catching Derik off guard with his revelation.

"You what?! You didn't tell her anything, did you?" Derik asked urgently, a hint of panic in his voice.

Ryan shook his head vehemently. "No, I didn't."

"Ryan, you need to be careful," Derik warned, concern etched on his features.

"I know, but..." Ryan's frustration was palpable as he gripped the wall tightly.

"What's wrong?" Derik asked, noticing the sudden shift in Ryan's demeanor.
