"Mr. Kim someone wants to meet you"
"who-" seungmin couldn't even finish his sentence. a familiar voice rang around the the hallways of 5th floor of the office.
"Kim Seungmin, where are you hiding??!"
"shit..shit- who let him inside?" seungmin started arranging the files scattered on his desk.
"sir you should be aware that even the guards are scared of him" the secretary bowed and left the room not before wishing him good luck.
the door opened with force and a angry brunette stood near the door frame.
"you- you fucker" seungmin cleared his throat.
"hello to you too hyung"
"don't you dare say hello" leeknow held seungmin's shirt's collar agressively. "who gave you the permission to buy that land"
"it was up on sale and no one was buying it" seungmin answered, completely nonchalant.
"you knew damn well that i was interested in buying that land for a future project!"
"i did?" a smirk played on seungmin's face.
Minho was about to throw a punch but seungmin easily caught his hands and removed them from near his face.
"why are you getting worked up so much anyway? it's just a piece of land "
"just a piece-?" the frown on minho's face was evident. "do you even care about my feelings?! i wanted to buy that place for ages!!"
minho kept on going on how inconsiderate seungmin was and seungmin being seungmin couldn't hear anymore so he pinned minho against his work table and whispered to him. "can i speak now?"
lee know nodded, still surprised from their current position. despite his anger, the blush was visible on his face. the tip of his ears turned red too.
"someone has been trying to buy that land to prevent you from getting it. so i purchased it and thought i could gift it to you as our anniversary present" he moved the locks of hair that blocked the complete view of Lee know's face. "but since you couldn't wait until next week-"
seungmin rummaged through the drawer and took out a red file and handed it to minho.
"happy anniversary in advance love"
