"Now will you tell us anything about you?"
Aadhi's patience already reached its limit dealing with that girl.....
"Madam if you don't have anyone also is fine....but please say something at least your name instead of irritating us like this...."
Thulir scoffed at the girl...Agathiyan signed and stood up ...
"if you don't have anything to say ....you can leave as you are fine and can walk....leave"
He had enough of that girl's drama......
"I said leave.....kelambu"
His voice was stern, causing her to flinch and seek Amudhan's assistance. However, he couldn't aid her as she stubbornly refused to speak up now....
"Athan annan soliyachu la kelambu nee"
(Anna said it right....leave now)
Aadhi leaned back on the sofa, relieved, as he was finally will get rid of her silence.......all the while her eyes were glued to Amudhan......
Amudhan took a deep breath....he was the one who is responsible for this situation........but something hit him .....he turned towards her
"Are you mute..."
he asked her in sign language....she shook her head vigerously..
"Ila laaa....enaku pesalam varum "
(No no....I can speak..)
That girl finally spoke making the trio narrow their eyes at her........why won't they......Agathiyan, Aadhithya and Thulir was trying to make her speak and say something about her so that they could help her get back to her home....but that girl didn't even uttered a single word now speaking that to only Amudhan's question..........
The men duo was even more irritated but Thulir understood......
she turned her attention to the men and said them...
"Okay , let me deal with her......Aadhi you go to home you must be tired due to night shift and Amudha you too..."
Aadhi immediately agreed and stood up to leave but Amudhan hesitated....
"Go Amudha..."
Thulir spoke to him.... he nodded and cast a glance at the girl before departing with Aadhi......
Agathiyan's eyebrows lifted at the sight of the mischievous smile playing on his wife's lips, alerting him that something was amiss.
Thulir looked at him folding her hands in front narrowing her eyes at him...
"what are you waiting for? Aren't you tired due to night shift ACP sir.....First go and take bath I will make something for breakfast"
She said casually to him who was still in his uniform as he went for night patrol...
He furrowed his brow, glanced at her, then turned to the girl sitting silently. He sighed, leaned slightly towards Thulir's ear, and mumbled.
"Konjam ulla vadi"
(follow me..)
Thulir glanced back at the girl, nodded, and followed him.
Once inside their room, Agathiyan locked the door and turned to her, awaiting her response....Thulir signed....
"Agathiya, please give her some time. You wish to learn her details to reunite her with her parents, but we've all been pressing her for the same information. Consider the possibility that she may not want to return to where she came from. She has been seeking help from Amudhan, who hasn't questioned her like we have. Since he was her rescuer, she trusts him. Let's allow her some time to overcome her fear."
