Note: this story will be divided into 2 main parts,
(1) Past Events (01–04): Neuvillette's Background (all based on Genshin's official lore, so better skip if you don't want spoilers XD), and
(2) Recent Events (05–so on) **the Female Lead will only appear here

One of the sovereign, one of the oldest in existence, higher of mankind, exists long before the human civilization - the Sovereign Dragon.
One of the dragon sovereign, is the Hydro Dragon, now known as the Iudex of Fontaine, Monsieur Neuvillette. Since ever the Hydro Archon - Focalor fall from her throne, it is confirmed by a traveller from afar that roams in Tevyat for a certain time, that the Hydro Sovereign Dragon has finally regains all his might back.
"I shall leave you a seat with the best view in the greatest theater."
That is what the Archon promised, and she fulfilled it precisely just how she claimed it back then. Now, Neuvillette is able to watch all manners of performance in his only truly seat, with the most excellent view that could ever be gotten in the Opera Epiclese on Erinnyes. Not only that, regaining his might is far more than just achieving back Focalor's authority and power. It includes even his power before The Usurper - The Seven stole it.
Lastly, Neuvillette has the right even to judge The Seven, and is waiting until the scene arises.
As a dragon living in human form, many believes that Neuvillette is just like them, human but with more power and authority. But no one exactly knows who he is, behind all his masquerades. He performs in all trials in Fontaine, unspeakably just and right in all his judgements, with his unassailable impartiality.
He believes that knowing someone too well will only stains his objective judgement, hence he never absolutely take chance to know everyone else, except for job matters and things regarding Fontaine's stability.
But even the most lonesome has their comrades...
...and perhaps, someone they cherished.
