Chp.7⟩ Cannibal Town

Dear Diary,
Yesterday, Alastor got a letter from Rosie. He gave it to me as soon as he read it. I thought it was just a letter offering condolences, but it was much worse.

The last time we visited her, she did say that there was a sickness spreading around town. The letter that we received added to this. Rosie said that the whole town had been sick. She wrote about seeing a wonderful and beautiful place, and she wants to take us there. She's giving us three days to come and see for ourselves.

Alastor wanted to go immediately, and obviously the rest of us tried to stop him. I didn't know what to say.. he'd already lost a friend because of me. Saying no might put Rosie in danger too.

So, after much discussion, we've decided to head there tomorrow morning. Alastor and me because I have magical powers that could help defend us. Vaggie's in charge while I'm gone. It should be a short trip and it'll only take an hour or two.

I hope that someone in Cannibal Town isn't infected with this new disease. One more note: We're going to do a blood test on Angel. Some of his blood samples were sent to the best hospital in the sloth ring and should be back by tomorrow or Friday.
