I started spamming Navia phone but she didn't answered.
"Wayne. Off your phone for the fourth time." My mom said and I sighed.
"Now Wayne, I heard you play sports?" Jenifer asked me.
"Yeah.."
"Hm what kind?" Angel asked, "Track, football, and soccer."
"That's a lot." Jennifer said and I nodded my head.
"Well we shall get home now. So he can prepare for his game tomorrow."
"Oh a game tomorrow?" Jennifer asked, "Yes, he has a track game. You guys are invited to join." My father said and I got mad because I didn't want them to.
"Angel and Cindy?" Jennifer asked them, "We would like to go mom." They said and I sighed.
"Great, we'll see you then." My mom said and we left out.
Once we got in the car, we were on our way home.
Then I got a call from Navia.
"Hey." I said, "Hey Wayne."
"Why weren't you answering me?"
"I was having a talk with my mom, sorry."
"It's fine, I'm glad I saw you."
"Not me. I looked terrible."
"No you didn't, you looked really pretty." I said.
"Thank you Wayne. You always know how to make me smile."
"I'm glad I do."
"I have to go. I need a good rest before tomorrow's game."
"Okay." I said and we hung up.
Next Day
As I was leaving out my dad stopped me, "We'll be at your game. Do you have your two Gatorades and a water?"
"Yes dad."
"Alright." He said and I got in the limo.
I then FaceTime Navia and she answered.
"Hey sexy." I said and she smiled.
"Hey baby." She said.
I then see her camera set up and how she was fixing her hair.
"Navia come on!" I heard her dad yelled.
"I have to go. See you at school." She said and she hung up.
After ten minutes, I made it to school and the first person I saw was Nathan.
"What's up." He said dapping me off.
"What's up." I said and then I stood outside waiting for Navia.
After a few minutes she came.
"Wayne!" She said hugging me and I hugged her back.
"Ready for the game today?"
"Yes, a little nervous." She said and then I could see her dad staring at me.
"Let's go." I said putting my hand around neck.
We then walk inside and we hear the bell for first period.
We then walked in together and sat next to each other.
"So class the project is due Wednesday."
"Oh I forgot all about it." Navia said.
"Don't worry princess, I handled it."
"So that means you did it all by yourself? Now I feel bad." She said.
