Untitled Part 19

Maxie thought about her unborn baby praying everything would be okay. 

She knew she couldn't have stress but this was a situation where it's all you could have.

She did her best to deeply breathe and calm herself down.

As she tried to calm herself down she felt a sharp pain "Help.  Please help."

After about twenty minutes of screaming in pain Mr Sparks came to her "What is it?  You better not be faking it."

Maxie "I think something's wrong with the baby."

Mr Sparks "You're coming with me."

Maxie "Where are you taking me?"

Mr Sparks "Inside.  You're getting in the bathroom to clean yourself up."

Maxie "How is that going to tell me if my baby is okay?"

Me Sparks "Either you're bleeding or you're not."

Maxie "You're an ass.  I hope Dante finds you soon and shoots you between your eyes."

Mr Sparks "That's it.  I'm taking you to the garden."

Maxie "Just for calling you an ass?"

Mr Sparks "Yes.  You bitch."

Maxie fought him the whole way and tried to get away.

Mr Sparks "Not so easy."

Maxie "Let me go.  I won't tell anyone.  Let me go."

Mr Sparks "I'm afraid I can't do that."

Maxie "Go to hell bastard."

Mr Sparks brought her out to a boat and told her get in.

Maxie "I've seen this movie.  The girl gets pushed overboard attached to a cement block.  She sees women underwater and somehow manages to escape."

Mr Sparks "Good luck with that.  I didn't use rope.  I used chains."

Maxie "You bastard."

Mr Sparks "You bitch.  You should have stayed quiet and your fiancée wouldn't have to ask what happened."

Maxie kicked Mr Sparks in the knee and knocked him over giving her a moment to run away even though she had chains on her wrists.

He had forgotten to restrain her legs and she could run so she went to find Nathan.

Nathan was in the cellar calling out for anyone who could possibly hear him and someone did.

It was not anyone who could help him though. 

It was Mr Sparks he had gotten up and tried to make sure Maxie couldn't find him.

Mr Sparks told Nathan "No one will find you.  Your fiancé is probably dead by now.  I dumped her overboard."

Nathan's anger grew so much and he shouted "You're a dead man.  Once I get out of here I will strangle you with my bare hands."

Little did Nathan know this was only a ploy to make Nathan comply. 

Maxie was still loose and running around finding help.

She was chained up and stumbled upon a car in the road "Please stop.  I need help."

The lady driving "What's wrong miss?"

Maxie "My fiancée is being held in the woods I managed to escape but this man is crazy.  He tried to dump me in the water."

The lady "Miss slow down.  I will call my husband."

Maxie "What is that going to do?"

The lady "My husband is on the Brooklyn PD."

Maxie "Call him please.  I need to save my fiancée.  I need help.  I'm pregnant but I was having pains before."

The lady called her husband "John?  I need help."

Det Riley "What honey?  I'm working a case."

Mrs Riley "I have a woman here who's pregnant who's fiancé is being held hostage.  She's in chains and said something about being dropped out of a boat into the water."

Det Riley "Do you have her name?"

Mrs Riley "Not yet.  Miss what is your name?"

Maxie "Maxie Jones.  My fiancée is detective Nathan West of the Port Charles police department."

Mrs Riley (to her husband) "Maxie Jones and Nathan West."

Det Riley "I have her fiancée's partner here with me.  Where are you?"

Mrs Riley "Ten miles west of town on highway 278."

Det Riley "Ah he's near the bridge heading to Staten Island."

Mrs Riley "Please send help."

Det Riley "An ambulance is being sent to your location as well as Detective Falconeri is joining me to search for his partner."

Mrs Riley "Thank you."

It wasn't long before she heard sirens and Maxie was given medical treatment.

Maxie told the ambulance driver "Please tell the cops to find my fiancée.  He needs to be found.  Please."

The driver said "Don't worry miss your friend Dante is with Detective Riley searching for your fiancée."

Maxie "Oh thank god.  He will do everything he can to find his partner."
