"Briana, hurry up!" My father screamed for me. I was listening to music and absolutely hated interruptions. I fallowed his orders and left with him and my mother for our camping trip in the forest.

Both my parents disliked me, yet I managed to keep walking through "hell" as some call it. I call it my safe zone. I'm more than willing to kill someone if that's necessary.

We were somewhat close to the forest when a heavy storm came. My father lost sight of the road and crashed into a truck. I barely remember it but I looked at my body, it was a bloody mess! Not all of it was my thought. Most of it were from the two dead corpses in the front seats. I loved the sight of there blood! The smell, the taste, all of it. I blacked out soon after from my own blood loss but luckily, I survived.

The hospital was going to send me to an orphanage, and boy did I hate that idea. They told me I had minor injuries and said a woman form the orphanage would come to pick me up soon.

She absolutely disgusted me. Her over used makeup, her perfume, her hair style, I hated it. She greeted me with a voice full of sympathy and joy which sickened me. I hated her from the moment I saw her but she truly wasn't helping her situation.

After our greeting, we got in the car and down to the orphanage. We drove right by my old house and I got the most brilliant idea a person could have. I undid my seat belt slowly, she didn't notice. Next I went for the lock on my door, knowing it would make a sound I pretended to have a really bad cough.

"You alright there dear?" I nodded and responded saying I must have gotten it from the smoke of the crash the car emitted. She nodded and focused on driving. Next was the hardest part. I moved as quickly as I could and jumped up front pushing the steering wheel, making us take a hard left and jumped out of the still moving car door.

"Heh, people will think it was a normal crash!" I ran back to my house and grabbed a few things, such as a few water bottles, beff jerky, nuts, and a fresh set of non-ripped clothing. I did have a few scrapes, but nothing of great dilemma. I found my favorite jacket, pants, and boots and left my once called home.

After much time of debating, I decided to go the forest were I was supposed to go camping. It wasn't to far but I shall have to keep my face hidden.

During the walk I keep listening to voices, ones I very much disliked. One was female and told me to find the pond, at least, that's all I could make out. The other voice was one of a male. He told me to not listen to Brianna. At first I thought he meant me, but he said it differently than how mine is pronounced. At one point, I believe Brianna said his name was Brian. Odd, Briana, Brianna, and Brian. I assumed they were just in my head so I kept on going until I reached my destination. I only had two choices to listen to Brianna or to Brian. I choose Brianna of course, and made my way to the pond.

Once there she told me to get into the waters and come out when you have a dagger and a necklace. Whether what she said was true or not, I went in, and I found exactly what she said. She instructed me to but on the beautiful, black-chained beauty, so I did. There was a gorgeous blood-red gem in the center.

"Ha! You humans are so incompetent, it's very humorous. You see, over time that gem will fade. The way you prevent that, you kill your fellow humans!" She chuckled madly as I saw my shadow burst to life, it was her. The moonlit face of the girl was similar to my own, except she had a black aroma. I looked into the pond water and say my eyes were red, my hair even had red tips! God did I love it.

"So Brianna, what's to happen to Brian?"

"He will still be there but your communications with him shall be ceased."

I looked at my new dagger, it's beautiful purple glow, it's solid black handle, it was made for me. Boy am I ready to use it.
