If self realisation is one of the best thing in the world then self hatred is the worst.

And Jungkook was feeling both, at the same time.

Jungkook's heart pounded into his chest rapidly.

His brain stopped functioning. He felt like everything around him was spinning and he was in the middle of everything with an annoying buzzing sound in his ear.

He groaned as he gripped on his hair tightly.

Eunwoo was speaking, telling him something but he couldn't hear.

Not a single thing he could hear from what the elder was saying.

"Jungkook, look at me. Jungkook?" Eunwoo panicked when he felt the younger was breathing heavily so he looked at him. The scene infront of him was unseen as Jungkook left soft punches on his own head.

When Eunwoo stopped telling him about the truth both of them were quiet and sat in silence until there was a thudding sound which made the elder turn his head.

Jungkook collapsed to the floor, his body curled into a fetal position, defeated by his emotions.

It seemed like Jungkook had tried to stand up but his legs gave out resulting him falling on the floor.

Eunwoo quickly rushed over to his side.

It was midnight and the corridor was empty, which was more frightening for Eunwoo.

If he had to call for anyone either he had to shout which he was not allowed to since it's the patient's resting time or he had to go out of the corridor to look for doctors or any stuffs which will mean leaving Jungkook there alone and that is more dangerous.

And the most terrifying thing was the younger was not shading any tears. He was not even crying anymore. As if there was no more tears left in him.

He was numb.

His eyes stare straight ahead, unblinking, as if frozen in shock. They were red but stone cold. It was scaring Eunwoo more.

He was just a normal human, everything that was happening around him was not supposed to happen. He didn't know how much more he would have to fight with these things, to survive.

The elder widened his eyes when Jungkook's eyes started losing focus, "h-hey what's this? What's happening?"

Jungkook could not answer. He just looked in void.

Eunwoo softly slapped his cheeks to get him back to his sense, his brain was malfunctioning and he needed to atleast keep the younger in sense to not lose his conscious.

"I thought I was doing the right thing, but now... now I realize I was so blind." Eunwoo flinched when Jungkook suddenly spoke, eyes staring at a distance.
