Chapter 32

"Is everyone ready to take off?" Krat said and we nodded our head.

The plane then took off and I sighed.

I knew we were going to be back around 1 or 2pm.

After a few hours of being on the plane, it was time to get off.

"It was nice being with you guys." Lenny said, "Thanks for coming." My mom said.

"Navia I need to talk with you." Wayne said pulling me aside from our parents.

"I don't wanna talk with you."

"Look, I'm so sorry for saying that. It was just a stupid joke."

"Okay well I took that "joke" seriously."

"And I'm sorry, I'll know never to do that again."

"No Wayne I'm done with you honestly."

"Done with me?" He repeated.

"Yes!" I said and he looked really angry.

"You're not fucking leaving me." He said grabbing my wrist. He was squeezing really hard.

"W-Wayne what are you doing!" I said and he looked down and noticed what he was doing.

He then moved his hands, "I-I'm sorry love." He said and I just stared up at him frighten.

"Princess-"

"Navia let's go." My dad said and I walked away quickly.

I then got in the car and sat there.

How could he do that?

"Tonight we're going to the Scott's house. They decided we should eat at their house." My mom said.

"Can we not? I wanna just stay in."

"Navia don't be like that." My dad said and I sighed.

Once we made it home, I just laid in my bed.

I then see my phone ringing and it was Wayne but I ignored it. He then kept calling over and over.

Baby I'm so sorry.

I didn't mean to hurt you.

Please call me back or text me.

I need to know you're okay.

I didn't wanna do that to you.

Why won't he just leave me alone?

"Navia, get ready for that dinner. It's not a choice." My dad said.

I then got up and did my hair then put a dress on.

I noticed a little bruise on my wrists and I put makeup on to over it.

Once i was done, I walked down the hallway and seen my parents kissing.

"Oh- ready?" My mom asked.

"Yes mom." I said and then we walked out.

Once we made it to Wayne's house, their maid opened the door and greeted us.

"Come in Smith's." She said and we walked in.

I then see Wayne, Lenny, and Krat at the table.

I then sat in the middle of my parents.

"It's nice to see you guys!" Lenny said, "Hey." My mom said.

As they were talking to kill time, I noticed Wayne staring at me the whole time.

He didn't keep his eyes off of me.
