Aliya's PoV

Next Morning

I felt guilty as our little vacation had been ruined because of me.

So in the morning, I declared that we were not going back today. We'd spend another day here.

I forced Martha and Asma to go to the beach since they were excited about bathing in the sea.I also sent Rafi to watch over them, only making promises that I would enjoy myself by sightseeing.

I rented a bench at the beach for two hours. The bench was shaded, so I would be fine lying there. Finally, I was at ease watching them enjoy the trip. The sea breeze carried a salty scent that calmed my nerves. I didn't know when I fell asleep.

When I opened my eyes, I saw a silhouette moving away from me. I thought it was just my imagination.

I sat up and saw my friends coming back. "We enjoyed the bath so much. Thank you, my babe, Li!" Asma said, beaming.

"How are you feeling now?" Rafi asked.

"I feel refreshed. Let's go back to the hotel. You guys need to change, and then we'll go out to eat," I said, smiling.

"Now we're relieved. Okay, let's go," Martha said.

After lunch, we went on a marine drive, which was truly awesome. Then, we tried some seafood.

In the evening, we visited a tribal village not far from our hotel. There was a festival in the village, and it was beautifully decorated. We saw them singing and dancing around the fire.

I sat on the ground to enjoy it. Suddenly, I felt like I was being watched. I looked around but found nothing suspicious. Maybe I'm just imagining things, I shrugged.

Martha started dancing since she belongs to a tribe herself. She pulled us to join her, but I told her I'd record a video instead. So, Asma joined her.

She looked so beautiful dancing in the traditional style. I glanced back at Rafi, only to find him watching Asma dance with a loving gaze.

This idiot, he still hasn't expressed his love for Asma. Our university life has ended, but he's still too scared to tell her how he feels. Doesn't he get it?

Looks like I'll have to do something.I shook Rafi's shoulder and said, "We need to talk."

He was still gazing at Asma and replied, "Right now?"

"Yes, it's urgent."

"Okay, let's go then," he said, even though I knew he didn't want to miss Asma's dance.

But this was necessary for both of them.We moved away from the crowded area.

"What's the matter?" Rafi asked.

I glared at him. "When are you going to express your feelings, my dear brother? Are you waiting to hear her kids call you 'uncle'?"

" Wha..What are you talking about?" He stammered.

Oh Rafi, you are asking for this.

I took a stick from the ground and started to hit him lightly. "So, you don't even know what I am talking about, right??. Then why are you looking so lovingly at Asma? "

"If you don't tell her, someone else will," I said, pointing to a guy chatting with Asma.

"Looks like he's a tourist too," I added, teasingly.

"He seems like a good match, but I think you'd be better."

"No! I won't give him a chance," Rafi said, determined. "I'll tell her how I've secretly loved her for two years. I was just scared she'd reject me and end our friendship." He looked toward Asma.
