This chapter is about Antonio and Melissa. Short parts of their journey with friends and family along the way... Maybe.
I also want to add that I tried my best to research the details for the year 2001 but I later found out that Half Way Tree Transport Center was opened in 2008. So, for my sake and the sake of them not getting sun burnt (LOL) please look past it. It also adds to the setting as well.
Again, I apologize.
Word count will be reduced.
What's your favorite snack from those days?
For me, maybe it was Chippies banana chip.

"We don't have to do this every day. The fucking sun is out," Antonio complained.
"Hmm, yuh good," Jordan told him, adjusting his tie.
"I want to sleep," Antonio said as they walked towards the bus terminus.
"One day, you'll thank me for this. Tristan and Alec ago meet we," Jordan announced. He hummed and sighed, deeply.
Now that they were all sitting in the terminus, Antonio had his head down on his bag while the conversation around him flowed easily.
"We can watch Harry Potter," Alec suggested and Antonio looked up.
"You really sit and watch that? Keenan's the only one that watches that shit," Antonio revealed.
"It nuh that bad," Jordan chimed in.
"To you. That's some depressing shit and life's depressing enough," Antonio said, putting back his head down.
"Who dem girl deh a pree?" Alec asked, gazing at a group of girls staring at them.
"Jordan gyal dat," Tristan said, laughing.
"Mind me tump yuh inna yuh mouth. Look how di likkle gyal look retarded like har mouth leak le-leh water." Jordan hissed his teeth and they all erupted in laughter.
"Wah 'boh dah Mona one deh?" Alec asked. Jordan looked back and smirked.

"Yeah, wid the dusty blue Jansport bag," Tristan said.
"She love off me friend. The likkle one time him fawud out yah, she come ask me fi him," Jordan said, laughing. Alec bumped Antonio's shoulder and he looked up.

"The catty inna the blue bag weh go Mona. She a pree yuh from when eno," Tristan said.
"Oh, she's cute," He responded, looking at her.
Occasionally, he checked his surroundings to see if any of his father's friends had spotted him. They always make it their duty to report back to his parents that they saw him out with friends.
"Stop gwaan like yuh nuh interested," Jordan told him.
"I don't even know her and she look young. How would I be interested?" Antonio asked, still looking at the girl who then turned around to him.
She smiled and waved at him. He nodded before looking away again the least bit interested.
"Grade 10 we inna and she inna grade 9 or 8," Tristan cleared up.
