Yona's Pokemon Team persists of a Leafeon, hydrapple, appletum, serperior and a lilligant.
As you can already guess Yona is a grass type trainer.
Her Starter Pokemon was a applin (more specifically the appletum in her Team)
she met the little applin at chance while she was sitting against a tree in the shade simply finding shelter from the blazing hot sun and so was the Applin,
seeing how exhausted the applin was She ripped the sweet and squishy treat in half eating the first half herself and giving the other half to the applin and she shared her drink too!
Because of this meeting, her and the applin would meet everyday without fail until one day at the age of six a few months later after the initial meeting the Applin allowed himself to be caught.
