* It's October 2013 Claire Harris just turned 5 and joined her new school this was the 3rd time she switches schools because of how the teachers and students of other ones have treated her and left her with multiple childhood traumas .
she enters her class and the teacher interduces her to the class , a girl smiles at her so she sits next to her .  And this how she met Valery Clarks who everyone calls Val one of her bestest friends the year passes she also makes a lot of friends , Chloe Lorens , who ends up moving to France in two years ,
Nelly Blythe and her twin sister Belly Blythe who will end up leaving the school because of an argument between their father and the principal , Kayla Grants who everyone calls Kay and lastly Melinda Smith who everyone calls Mel that will end up leaving  school to go study  something else . But those are not the only people she meets .   She also met Noah Anderson and his friends who are kinda mean and rude to her and all the girls while they played together but you know how little boys behave around little girls .
Fast forward to 2019 Claire is in 6th grade when she first hears about COVID and took on ligne classes until june 2021 where she finally went back to school to pass her final exams in 7th
grade .  
She realizes she forgot her calculator at home so she asks the girl sitting behind her if she can use her calculator then she realizes it was Val after the exam ended her and Val end up talking and passed the whole summer togethers until 8th grade .
