“ Eto nanaman ulit. ” I sighed. “ Masarap maligo sa malakas na ulan, Walang makakapansin sa mga nagbabadyang mga luha sa mga mata ko. ” I said, with a bitter smile on my face.
People don’t excite me anymore. If no one talks to me, it's alright. If someone hates me, that’s fine. I don’t have energy to argue and give time to certain people who doesn’t have anything good to do with me. If i needed to be alone, I’ll go with it. But sometimes, i wish i have someone shoulders i can lean on when I’m tired of my life.
Patuloy pa rin akong naglalakad sa subdivision dito sa Cavite habang umuulan, walking alone. Hindi ko nga alam kung subdivision ba to o ano basta ang mahalaga may daanan dito.
After my graduation from Senior High School, I went on vacation here in Cavite with my aunt and brother so I left my other friends and family in Laguna. I continued walking until I saw a Karinderya so inilagay kona don ang iba kong gamit at nag-order. Baka maunahan.
“ Ate, isa nga pong tapsi. ” I said while smiling to Ate but I felt embarrassed for a second because she looked at me, like I’m looking like a criminal.
“ Beh, mukha kang panda. ” She said and laughing. I didn't know why she said that but i felt offended! Kung kami lang talaga dalawa dito, i will pull her hair but kidding, I'm not that bad. Pero na-offend pa rin ako.
“ Thankyou for that compliment, i know that I’m pretty that much but sorry, but... if you’re asking me out in a different way? ” I sighed. “ Sorry Ate, you’re not my type, I’m straight. ”
She burst of laughing and i confused. Bakit siya tumatawa? Wala namang nakakatawa sa sinabi ko and I’m just telling the truth!
“ Beh, hindi rin kita type. Kahit mukha kang kung ano man hindi kita papatulan. Straight din ako at tsaka tumatawa ako kasi mukha ka talagang panda. ” She said and handed me a small mirror.
I confidently took the mirror and looked at my face but when I saw my face in the mirror I felt ashamed. My gosh!
“ Nakakahiya ” I whisper to myself felt ashamed. “ Dapat pala binura kona yung make up ko bago umalis. ” I open my bag finding the tissue and wipe my eyes to remove that mascara.
“Uy si Panda, Pa-picture tayo! ” I saw Andrew holding a umbrella with Serenity and they came to me. I know that these couple are going tease me. Serenity sat next to me. Gosh, love birds.
“ Andrew order mo ako lugaw nagugutom ako, ” Serenity muttered and I cringed at Serenity’s act towards Andrew, feeling baby. “ What’s with that face girl? Inggit kalang kasi wala kang jowa! ” She said and suddenly she laughed out loud. The people at the other table looked at us because of Serenity’s laugh.
