Introduction

Your hair cascades down your shoulders, as you make your way outside your apartment complex, the time 9am, the city lays quiet though the lights peirce the sky, the sunset making it way up into your vision.
You work for a news company, as a writer and reporter, usually you'd have to meet and see a lot of "hero's" in the area, many you know being arrogant, which is fair since they constantly save people's lives.
Although working in the industry, its not always easy, having to put yourselves in dangerous or potentially scary situations just to get a bit of news and stay on top of those other companies.

You are friends with a few heroes, as throughout the years you've met one has stuck out. One of those heroes, is a 6ft shapeshifter with dark brown hair and green eyes which could potentially shoot lasers, you had been chatting for over 6 months at this point. He's nice and never tried to put you in danger, your relationship staying secret for that time, you both not wanting to have each other put into danger.

You are a normal human with nothing really special besides your moxy, your ability to speak and persuade people being amazing, easily being one of the best interviewers, your skill amazing many.

Although being normal your abilities make you seem important, placing you in this situation in the future that will slowly fuck you up in the head, so buckle up as we get into this story
