Avery's POV

As I trailed behind Mr. Fernandez, I took in the bustling atmosphere of Sandoval Empire. The building was a blend of modern elegance and functional design, with sleek glass walls and minimalist décor.

Employees moved briskly, focused on their tasks, yet there was an undercurrent of camaraderie and mutual respect.

"This floor houses the executive offices," Mr. Fernandez explained as we walked. "Each department has its own dedicated space, but the key executives are all located here for easy collaboration."

Sumakay kaming dalawa ng elevator, and Mr. Fernandez pressed the button for the ground floor. "We'll start with the main lobby and work our way through the different departments."

The elevator doors opened to reveal a spacious, airy lobby. The receptionist smiled warmly as we passed by. "Good afternoon, Miss Avery," she greeted.

"Good afternoon," I replied, feeling a bit more at ease.

Mr. Fernandez led me to a large open area filled with cubicles and workstations. "This is the marketing department," he said. "They're responsible for all our advertising campaigns, social media presence, and market research."

I watched as employees brainstormed ideas on whiteboards, discussed strategies in small groups, and worked on their computers. There was a palpable energy and creativity in the air.

Next, we visited the finance department. Rows of desks were lined with files and reports, and the atmosphere was quieter, mas focus sila.

"These are the people who manage the company's finances, budgeting, and investments," Mr. Fernandez explained.

We moved on to the research and development (R&D) department, where I saw engineers and scientists working on innovative projects.

Some were testing new materials, while others were engaged in intense discussions over blueprints and prototypes. "Our R&D team is always at the forefront of innovation," Mr. Fernandez said proudly.

As we continued the tour, I noticed a familiar face in one of the offices. "Isn't that Ms. Suba?" I asked, recognizing the women from the board meeting earlier.

"Yes," Mr. Fernandez confirmed. "She's the head of our strategic planning division. She's instrumental in developing long-term goals for the company."

We reached a glass-walled conference room where a meeting was in progress. "This is one of our main conference rooms," Mr. Fernandez said. "It's equipped with the latest technology for video conferencing and presentations."

Finally, nakarating na kami sa employee lounge, a spacious area with comfortable seating, with coffee bar, and recreational facilities. "This is where employees can take a break and relax," Mr. Fernandez said. "We believe in promoting a healthy work-life balance."

"In recent years, they've been trying to involve the Sandoval Empire in some scandals issues, but no one has been able to prove the accusations against them. So, it's not surprising that their sales have only increased."

Tama naman siya. Wala nga nakapagpatunay sa mga ibinintang sa sandoval empire. In fact, mas lalo lang itong sumikat.

"This company is always eager to help. That's why your parent's company is in good hands, so don't worry. In a few months, it will recover."

Mr. Fernandez is right, I shouldn't worry anymore. It was clear that Sandoval Empire was more than just a business, it was a community of dedicated individuals working towards a common goal.

Tyler is the current CEO of the Sandoval Empire while his father is the chairman. His father has that much trust in him.

As we made our way back to Tyler's office, I felt a headache coming on, so I shook my head slightly.
