Chapter one, The Deserted Theme Park.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Angel was sitting down in her den, her curiosity getting the better of her when she remembered an old theme park her and Batty used to go to. She quietly paced around the room on her phone, trying to find any information online about this park. Nothing. She sighed to herself, before picking back up and exiting her den. She made a decision, one she might or might not regret. She was going to explore this now abandoned theme park, alone, with nobody else exploring beside her. Stupid choice, she thought, but she would later on push through with this idea, and end up at the park. Her eyes darted around onto the mold growing on the walls and trashcans, she squinted, before walking through the door on the right. She mumbled to herself how this was incredibly dumb, before the TV beside her flickered to life in almost an instant, a cheery voice coming from it,

"Welcome to Indigo Park! The world's most innovative and engaging family fun experience! Jump into the world of your favorite cHaRAcTe- Wait! You're our first guest in 2,920 days, 4 hours, 23 minutes, and 38 seconds!" Angel stood there, confused, her ears pinning back. The TV was loud, a bit too loud. She let out a glare towards the strange raccoon on the digital screen, and her tail twitched. She growled as the raccoon started speaking again,

"Congratulations! I'm Rambley, Rambley the raccoon, and it's my job to make sure your experience here at Indigo Park is the most fun it can be-" Rambley exclaimed, his voice glitching somewhat badly, "Just hop on over to the registration center-...." He said cheerfully, before staring confused. He got his directions wrong, and so he quickly swapped to the left side hurridly, "....To your left! Where our friendly assistant will help you begin your adventure in the park!"

He smiled, and Angel walked towards the computer, confused. She wanted to leave, but she's already in the registration center, so she can't. Her thoughts were interrupted when Rambley came back, appearing on the computer this time instead of the TV, "Hi, I'm Rambley! Rambley the raccoon! And it's my job to make sure your experience I-I-is REGISTERED...!" He remarked, Angel huffed,

"Let me just get a gooood look atchu!" The webcam turned on, before quickly turning back off again, "Hmmm.... I don't seem to have your face in our guest list! Is this your first time here at the park? Or did you just get plastic surgery?" He smirked, and Angel didn't like that at all. He gave off a suspicious aura, at least, to her, and she shook her head with a snarl, "No worries, it's Rambley Tuesday! So you qualify for a BIG discount on your visit!" Now Angel was really wondering if there was something was off about this AI, it was a saturday, it said on the computer. Why would he lie to her?

"Just head on over to the main gate! Ooooh, I can't wait for you to see everything Indigo Park has to offer!" He appeared to be too excited for her, but she went through with this anyway, walking over to the main gate and waiting for something to happen. The screen beside her turned on, it was Rambley again, "What's the hold up? The gate is open! Head on in to the entryway!" Angel sighed, no it wasn't. She glared at the AI again, waiting for his response, "Hmmmm, hold on- My mistake! The gate is NOT open." Angel nodded, he got that right. She was seconds away from just speaking up about this to Rambley, but she held back on it. Maybe he has good intentions, and she's judging him for that, "There seems to be an error message being sent from the gates power unit..." Angel tilted her head, what does he mean? If the TV's are working, shouldn't the gate? "Lucky you! You get to be the first person to try our- tUrN oN tHE gEneRAtoR mini Rambley venture! Have fun!" He waved, as Angel walked back into the area she was in prior to walking towards the gate,

"Ah, the Indigo Violet compact power generator! But it seems to be inoperable..." Yeah, no kidding, "Looks like it's missing a piece... Can you find it?" The AI asked, Angel hearing a slight clink behind her, staring at the "missing" gear. She blinked, "And this was missing... how exactly? Someone had to have planned this.... Afterall, the timing is overall, too perfect..." She said to herself, clearly questioning Rambley and the state of the park. She placed the gear into the correct part, and pulled the lever, sparks flying out as she hissed. However, she didn't need to worry much since she was immortal. She quietly walked back to the main gate, staring at Rambley as he spoke again, "Okay, okay, for real this time! Welcome to Indigo Park!"

Angel walked in. God, this place has changed. Glancing to her right, she sees a drawing of Lloyd, and a Mollie Macaw plush. She walks forwards, not really giving a care in the world to pick it up, "Oh, silly Rambley! Every guest needs a Critter Cuff! That'll allow you access to reserved areas, charge payments to your room, AND, wear a Critter Cuff! I think there's some in the gift shop.... Head in there and I'll get you set up!" He exclaimed happily. Angel was getting annoyed with all of this walking she had to do. She then dashed into the Critter Corner, wanting to get this done ASAP.

Unfortunately that is all for chapter one! I will release chapter two later on when I have more ideas, but please be patient! Thank you for reading! :D
