𝑺𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒔, 𝑴𝒐𝒐𝒏𝒔, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒂 𝑵𝒆𝒘 𝑭𝒓𝒊𝒆𝒏𝒅！ || 𝑭𝑵𝒂𝑭: 𝑺𝑩: 𝑹𝒖𝒊𝒏 𝑭𝒂𝒏𝒇𝒊𝒄/𝑹𝒆𝒊𝒎𝒂𝒈𝒊𝒏𝒊𝒏𝒈

An Ally?

Cassie trudged up to the now ruined Daycare Attendant with her Faz-Wrench and V.A.N.N.I mask in hand. Placing the V.A.N.N.I mask on her face, the purple and glitchy textures returned. "Now! Do it now!!" Shouted the once bright and sunny animatronic. Cassie jumped slightly back in surprise before huffing and approaching the ruined Daycare Attendant again. When Cassie got to the back of the trembling animatronic's head, it blurted out once again. "Not me, the other me!" "What do you mean the 'other you'?" Cassie asked. "The mask! Take off the mask!" Cassie's hands flew to the V.A.N.N.I mask and pried it off, the ruined daycare returning to normal. After prying the mask off she lodged it under her armpit and brought the Faz-Wrench up to the celestial animatronic's metal head. Pushing the wrench into the socket on the back of the Daycare Attendant's head, she twisted and pulled it out. Stepping in front of the ruined animatronic, it started twitching and emanating a series of mechanical clicks and struggling sounds.

The destroyed animatronic then powered down, shuddering as it slumped down. The Daycare Attendant looked up at Cassie, it's eyes and forearms glowing in the slightly dimmed lights.

The animatronic shot up, the sound of a prize box opening going off. The Daycare Attendant's arms went out to the side then locked it's fingers as it brought it's hands together while it talked. "Happy birthday!" The ruined animatronic scooped Cassie up in it's arms, speaking in a slow, calming voice. "Warning! Warning! Child in danger. Safety mode active." It pushed off of the platform it originally stood on. "Little girl you can't be in here, it's dangerous! I need to clean up before we can open in the morning. Oh, this place will be flooded with kids." The Daycare Attendant placed the smaller human on the floor right in front of the ruined daycare. "Come back soon and have a faz-eriffic day!" The ruined animatronic waved before grabbing the door handles, starting to close it.

"W- wait!" Cassie blurted out, "can you help me find my friend, Gregory?"

The Daycare Attendant stopped midway then leaned forward towards Cassie. "Friend? You have a friend here?" Cassie nodded slowly, "y- yes. My friend Gregory went missing after the fire here...." The ruined jester animatronic went quiet, carefully examining Cassie. Its eyes glided over her scratched and scraped hands and knees before speaking again, "I suppose I could help you find your friend Gregory.... But first, what's your name, little girl?" The Daycare Attendant leaned down. Cassie gulped, "C- Cassie. My name is Cassie." Cassie... you have a very pretty name, Cassie." The ruined Daycare Attendant held out it's hand for a handshake, Cassie reluctantly shook it's hand.

"Uhm, so what's your name?" Cassie said nervously. "My name? I don't really have a name." "You don't?" "No, no I don't, Cassie." "Can I give you one, then?" "Sure! Go ahead, dear." Cassie thought for a long moment. "What about 'Eclipse'?" Eclipse scooped Cassie up, bringing her into a tight bear hug. "Oh, I love it, Cassie!" "C- can you let me go, please? You're hurting me!" The ruined Daycare Attendant dropped Cassie back down onto the floor. "Oh my stars! Are you alright, Cassie?!" She brushed her clothes off, "yeah, I'm fine. You were just hurting me from how hard you were squeezing me." "I'm sorry-" "It's okay." Cassie interrupted.

"Okay, if you insist.... So, Cassie, where is your friend, Gregory at?" "I don't really know. He told me he was stuck in the sinkhole below Roxy's Raceway." Eclipse tilted it's head in confusion. "That's... interesting. But I think we should stop chitchatting and do more finding." "Yeah, I guess so."

Cassie looked away, staring into the mess that was now Superstar Daycare. "Do- do you know how the fire started, Eclipse?" "No, I have not a clue. It probably was some arsonist." "I guess that makes sense...." Cassie stuck the Faz-Wrench back into her short's pocket and held the V.A.N.N.I mask in front of her, gazing at the wires and sensors that lined the inside of the mask. Eclipse looked down at her, noticing the weird mask in her hands. It decided to ignore it for now.
