Beginning
Ms. Rivers and her class were going to Wisconsin's Nicolet National Forest for a week-long field trip. Aria was excited to go, she had never gone on a camping trip before. On the way to the campsite Aria started to feel uneasy, kinda like something was watching her, uncomfortable she went to sit next to her best friend, Ezra. ¨Ezra do you feel that?¨ Aria said, feeling uncertain. ¨What?¨ Ezra questioned ¨I feel like I'm being watched by something¨. She looked around worried that something could be listening, ¨Now that you're saying something, I have been feeling uneasy since we drove through the gate¨. As Ezra started to complain about the boy he liked, Aria fell asleep.
¨WE'RE HERE!!!¨ Ezra shouted.¨ Jeez, you don't need to yell, and stop shaking me I'm getting up¨. She got off the bus and walked with Ezra to the cabins where we would be staying. Once Aria had gotten situated in her cabin she went to the mess hall but didn't feel like eating. Ezra was talking about Ollie, the boy he liked, when she felt something watching her again, ''Ezra I'm not kidding, something else is here and it's not anyone from school.'' she spoke with urgency. Ezra stared at her for a minute before telling her to meet him behind his cabin when it gets dark. "DARK, why after dark!!" Aria squealed before immediately shutting up. "I said after dark because it's the only time we will be able to be alone and if something is watching us less people will get hurt " Ezra whispered. She shivered at the seriousness of his tone seeing as Ezra was never really one to act serious. Aria nodded and left the mess hall to mentally prepare.
It was 12:20 by the time she was able to sneak out of the cabin. She set off to go find Ezra when she heard a whisper and Ezra appeared out of the darkness and beckoned her to follow him. "Are you going to tell me why we're here?" Aria said through gritted teeth. Ezra sighed, walking a bit farther and finally stopped," I brought you here so that the camp leaders and teachers don't find us. I was worried about what you said earlier so when I got back to my cabin I did a bit of research on this place and well... take a look". She read all sorts of stuff from who founded it to where the best place to camp was until she froze. "It's said that slenderman and his proxies live in a mansion in the middle of Wisconsin's Nicolet National Forest". Ezra continued talking but she couldn't listen. Her heart was pounding and her ears were ringing, "They live here... how did no one know? Did they not care? Were they trying to kill us!?" She was snapped out of her thoughts when she heard something similar to a twig snapping. They slowly turned around terrified. In the darkness they saw two people, a woman with pale peach skin, long, messy brown hair, and what looked like a clock for an eye carrying two serrated knives and a man in a yellow hoodie with a black cloth that had a red frown on it covering his face holding a gun. They crouched down as low as possible when they started talking. "How many more are there?" The woman questioned "We just need the two that are supposedly nearby" The hooded man stated with boredom "Us!! No it can't be us! We haven't made a sound!" Aria started to panic but Ezra put a hand on her shoulder and she started to calm down. "Found them" Another woman appeared out of nowhere dragging two teens behind her.
Ezra stared in shock and horror as one of the teens tore out of the woman's grip and tried to run only for the brown haired woman to throw one of her knives at him and drag him back to where they were. When they finally got a better look at the newcomer we saw that she had dark black hair and had a white mask with what looked like black lipstick and pure black eyes with a knife in her free hand. "Are you two close?" the masked woman asked in a mocking tone "Y-yes we are, he's my boyfriend" the girl answered clearly terrified. "Then you get to watch his death up close" the brown haired girl said smiling, then suddenly she stabbed the man in the stomach right below his belly button. The girl was about to scream before being cut off, "Relax he won't die... yet, the wound isn't fatal" the brown haired girl smiled once more before slicing the boy's throat.
The poor girl didn't even get to scream before she was shot in the head by the masked man. "Hoodie! Why did you do that? I wanted to scare her before she died!" Hoodie just shrugged "Her screams were annoying and they could have gotten someone's attention. We don't know if anyone else is out right now and if we get caught Slender will have our heads". "Come on Clockwork, I'll help you make dinner tonight". The masked woman started walking away with Clockwork not far behind. "You coming hoods?" "Go on without me Jane, someone needs to get rid of the evidence". Jane and Clockwork walked away while Hoodie hid the bodies. Once Hoodie left Aria started panicking and Ezra was stunned for a moment before he grabbed her hand and booked it out of the woods and back to his cabin.
