Chapter 1

Moon Nae Ri POV

I packed my things into my luggage.Tomorrow I will be going to Busan to live there for 2 years.

My parents asked me to live there alone and be an independent girl.My dad had to buy a small house there.Then, I must earn my own money.Its means that
I must take up a job .

I am just 20! Is it wrong to live with your parents at this age?My parents reason is not acceptable.

After I pack my things I go to the kitchen.I wanted to eat something since it is the last day that I will spend in Seoul.

I walk past my parents room when suddenly I hear my parents voice.

I hear quietly what they are discussing about.

"It is for her sake.I dont want to see her suffer." I hear my dads voice.Is it about me?

"I know.But why must she stay in Busan for 2 years.Far away from us!"My mom says. Ok,it really is about me.

"We need to pay all of the debt.Many people will find us.Although the bank will take this house.You want your daughter to be included in this problem!"My dad almost yells. What debt?

"I have a little money to buy a small house for her at Busan.But the rent of the house and for her daily needs she must pay by herself.She can find work.I am sure.She is intelligent"my father says and I drag my feet to my room.

I cry.This is the reason why they planned to send me to Busan.

I believe i can do it.I can find a job there.I can be independent and make my parents proud.Only 2 years.How difficult will it be?

"Take care of yourself.Find a decent job ok?"My mom hugs me and she doesnt stop crying.

"I know mom."i say and try to hold in my tears.

I hug my parents and wave back at them.

I will not be meeting them for 2 years.

Finally,I am at Busan.I need to find my house.I take a piece of paper from my pocket.

I read the address but I still dont know where is it.

I walk until I bump into someone." Mianhae."I say and bow.

" Its ok." I look at the people that I bumped into. She is beautiful.

"Hey,are you new here?Ive never seen you before."The girl asks.

"Oh,yes.I wanted to find this place."I show her my address.She reads the address.

"I know this place.Lets go.I will show you the place.It is not far from here."She says and helps me carry my things.

She is too kind."My name is Lee Hi.You?"She asks while we are walking.

"My name is Moon Nae Ri
Call me Naeri."I say and smile.

Lee Hi smiles back."How old are you?"She asks.

"20"i say."Same ad me.We can be friends." She smiles widely.She is cute.

"Ok Naeri.We arrived, finally ."Now I am standing infront of a small house but it is really neat and beautiful.It looks like a traditional house.

"Thank you."I bow to her."U R welcome.Tell me if you need something.My house is right there."She points at a small house.

"You live there alone."I ask her.

"Nae.I must to take care myself since my parents died."She says in a sad tone.

"Mianhae"I say.Oh my i feel guilty.

"Its ok.I must go now.Bye."She waves."bye."i reply.I finally collect my house key.

I take my things into the house.Well,this house is small but it is ok for me that live alone for 2 years.Tomorrow I must find a job .

Maybe it is not as hard as I think.

After I pack my things,I go to sleep.
