It's a beautiful Monday morning, and Nia stretches her legs before her performance. She has always been flexible, and she loves ballet and singing. However, her mother didn't think much of her talents and insisted Nia study medicine and become a doctor. Nia refused this offer and left home after her mother kicked her out for being a Christian. Now, Nia rents a house near her father's home and works at a store to pay for her rent during her free time dances her heart at performances sponsored by Alisha her teacher, and the Queen of Elized. As Nia sits on a chair backstage, she watches the other girls interact and notices they seem to get along because of their skin color. She hears them mock her from behind. 

Nia said in her mind, "Ugh... Give me patience Lord..."

Nia Olivia was backstage, feeling nervous and excited at the same time. She was about to perform a solo at the Castle of Queen Sunni. The palace, located in the city's center, was famous for holding parties to honor God and to please the loneliness of the Queen. Alisah Creative, a rich and famous All Artist Teacher, had once performed on the same stage, and her influence was evident in every dance move. Nia had learned from Alisah, absorbing the knowledge of countless dance steps under her guidance.

As the musicians got ready, Nia's ballet shoes made a soft sound on the wooden floor. She wore a beautiful white tutu with shiny silver decorations, looking extremely graceful and disciplined. Her dark brown hair was tightly pulled back, showing off her elegant neck. Nia had a special talent that made her stand out from the other dancers. When she performed, she didn't just dance; she also sang. Her voice was beautiful and had been a source of comfort for her during difficult times. It reminded her of her grandmother's singing, which had always been a cherished memory for her.

The curtain went up, and the stage was lit with gentle moonlight. Nia walked out and felt her breath catch as the audience watched in anticipation. The beautiful music of Tchaikovsky's "Swan Lake" started playing, and she let herself be carried away by the enchanting melody. Her body moved fluidly, expressing longing and freedom. She jumped, spun, and twirled, reaching toward the sky. As the music built up, she paused. The orchestra fell silent, and Nia sang with a voice as gentle and pure as moonlight on water.

"I am the swan, caught between earth and sky, With wings of ivory and heart of fire."

The crowd was stunned. Dancers typically don't sing, but Nia was different. She sang while gracefully moving, keeping her unique talent a secret.

After the music ended, Nia collapsed to the ground, breathing heavily. The crowd erupted into loud applause, showing their approval and curiosity. They were amazed by this mysterious dancer with a beautiful voice. Backstage, Alisah Creative observed with understanding in her eyes.

 She went up to Nia and spoke softly, "You've expressed your true self through your dance tonight," Alisah said.

 "Remember, light and shadow go hand in hand - they complement each other." Nia nodded, feeling a mix of fear and excitement in her heart.

 She had caught a glimpse of her future—the beautiful and interconnected experiences that would shape her life. As the performance ended, she promised to fully embrace dancing and singing, as they were integral parts of who she was.
