Tribute to the country

Trees wrapped with ivy, rivers full of water,

Birds gathering food for their sons and daughter,

A gentle melody hits the sky,

It makes even the sheep ready to fly!!!

Grass damp with dew, calves old and new,

So much life, it's better than any zoo.!!

Stones make a wall old and yet strong,

Bending and reflecting the seasonal song!!

Rabbits in burrows, ducks and drakes,

Gliding and sliding upon the lakes.

The hills and the hollows make me feel faint!!

The colours and shaped impossible to paint!!

And I why was I honoured by my comfy home,

Where I'm allow to so  easily roam!!

To touch, and hear, and see and  then smell,

Every blade of grass I know so well!!

Clouds all puffy, foxes so fluffy,

How is it possible here to be stuffy,

The moss in the middle, divide up the road,

And the sun over head, better than gold!!

Chimneys smoking, cars joking,

And yet not a plant seems to be choking!!

Solid, headstrong, alive until the end,

Nature is always everyones friend!!
