1 month had passed since the Delinquent Dragon had returned from his trip to another universe. The former inhabitants of such a place are now in the first official city in his territory: Valkyrie Mermaid City. Keiji knew it could have been thought about more deeply, but he had no problem with it, as it saved him the time to bother even thinking of the name, plus the girls had suggested it. It had been completed weeks ago and was happily inhabited by them. Between Charlotte, Kasumi, Akira, Torino and the rest helping massively with the establishment of the city and the girls already used to recognizing the authority of most of them, things progressed smoothly and everything had been set up amazingly easily, much to Rias' approval and Sona's positive shock.

"Well done, Kei-kun! This has to be the fastest and most easily established city in the history of the Underworld!"

"The girls were the ones who mostly took care of it, so it isn't a big deal for me; I only gave my input when needed or actively contribute best I could."

Serafall giggled. "You sure did a lot to keep us motivated!" she told him, allowing her body to comfortably fall closer to him.

"You're right about that. With the girls from Mermaid Island living with the rest of us, as well as being resurrected into the Peerages. Even just wanting to do an inspection on the city leads to them offering to get a tour that translates into fun time fucking. Guess old habits die hard."

During the 1 month period of settling in, the newly reincarnated devils were able to strike a deal with Ajuka and Azazel for being allowed to analyze the A-Virus. The main inventors of both the fallen angel and devil side offered the girls jobs, a good deal of which could be performed within facilities constructed specifically in the city, despite being technically small by devil standards by now.

Opportunities like this was allowing Valkyrie Mermaid city to become a very prosperous hub of activity, with quite a few visitors already coming from many other territories (mainly from those owned by the families of Keiji's wives who were from noble families and from friends like Sairaorg's) to see what the new and unique population and their unique inhabitants had to offer.

Breakfast with an abundance of beautiful babes were common; some of the busier ones were out and about.

Keiji took note of his phone buzzing, a scowl forming on his face at seeing the caller. More than one of the girls glared at the phone. They weren't over the fact that he was almost responsible for causing their husband to get lost in the multiverse, even if things did end up better in the end.

The Mermaid Island girls were more conflicted as none of them could really hate Azazel, and while they understood that the fallen angel's actions were beyond irresponsible, his intervention would have meant that they never would have met Keiji and be gifted their currently wonderful lives.

The dragon bit the bullet. "Alright... what do you want, Azazel?"

"Your tone wounds me, kid," Azazel spoke in a nonchalant but mock-hurt one, but no one was showing him mercy. "Sheesh, getting tougher to break through. Anyway, the progress with the analysis of the A-Virus and all its applications have been a massive success, business is blooming and while only a percentage is going to your city the benefits are still crazy, and demand is just starting!"

Keiji opened his mouth to let one of his many wives place a mango slice in his mouth. "That's good, but I don't think that's too grand for you to notify me."

"Spot on. In any case, I figured that branching off would be a good idea. After many revisions, considerations, and even receiving help from Ajuka, I've totally fixed my multiversal travelling machine, and I want to hire you for another attempt at a jump!"
