"Dad."
"Hmm?" Rhaegal put down Radish, who was sleeping in his arms. The twelve-year-old is still a young boy who requires plenty of rest.
"Mom, is your human right?"
"That's right"
"What made him your human?" Tara innocently inquired.
Rhae remained silent at first. He debated whether to tell his daughter that he told her mother he is not his type with a middle finger, fuck off because his testicles are so small, or simply shake that ass if you are going to shake it with someone else.
He was simply reflecting on everything he had done with Radish, as well as the latter's expressions whenever they spoke.
"I just enjoyed his company."
Company my ass. He is the most annoying person I have ever met, but he made the entire century worthwhile.
He only had to say it because his daughter had asked.
But...why not? Radish made the whole wait worthwhile. He did not want anything to do with this jerk at first, but once he realized his true nature, his kind side, his villainous side, and his willingness to sacrifice his own to keep what makes him happy, he became quite endearing.
Unsurprisingly, Rhae, the dragon of despair, fell madly in love with a cursed soul similar to his own.
We took solace in our misfortunes and continued to be content with them.
Rhae sat down. He patted his lap. Tara got the gist and approached him, sitting on his lap.
"Has my lovely little girl found her human yet?" he inquired.
"I don't, but I have a friend," she explained.
"Be careful not to trust people, child," Eruhaben said with a solemn tone. The Golden Dragon is about to enter his slumber as his third phase is now approaching.
"Yes! Grandpa, he is not even my type," Tara responded.
"Hah. Your father used to say your mother is not his type but look at him. He ate shit before dumping one," Eruhaben sarcastically remarks. Tara laughs at her father and jumps on her grandpa's lap.
"Really? Dad did?" She asked.
"He did. Imagine cute little paws making a middle finger with a frown on is face."
"That's so adorable! Hahahahahah." Tara laughs. She looked at her parents, who seemed accepting of things being told and said in public.
"That's why you shouldn't tell someone he's not your type. Sometimes, things you don't like become your fate." Eruhaben throws a knowing gaze at him. The red dragon simply lay down, his head pillowed on his father's free leg.
Tara combs Rhae's hair and laughs.
"Grandpa, Dad."
"Hm."
"I love you both a lot!" she smiled, kissing their cheeks and foreheads. The young dragon giggles and leans against her grandfather for a pat.
.
.
"I feel like I am losing my own daughter," Rhae could not stop biting his nails. You know, the feeling that some sort of cursed guy was spiriting his daughter away. Tara had been talking nonstop about that Luke bastard. She has always talked about him, what they do, and what kind of crap he's doing. When it's clear as day and all skies are filled with stars from above, he doesn't give a damn about that cursed bastard at all.
