Emma walked into Morgan’s recording session after reading his text messages. “Oh, so now you want me, huh?” She shouted looking at him through the glass. She walked into his room where he was recording a song with Hardy. “You want me now.” She repeated in with a scoff, looking at Morgan Wallen the man that so many girls would faint upon seeing. “After fifteen years, I told you back in high school that I loved you.” She cried, tears falling down her cheeks like water over a broken dam. “I told you fifteen years ago that I loved you.” She paused, Hardy stood up holding his hand out in front of Morgan, preventing him from proceeding. “I told you fifteen years ago how I felt about you, and you didn’t care.”Emma cries as she falls to her knees, heartbreaking once again by the man who she still loved and wanted. Emma’s fiancé Bailey rushes in seeing her through the screen. “You don’t get to decide when and how you want me, Morgan, not anymore, you lost that right ten years ago.” Morgan took a step-in front of Hardy, Bailey rushed to her side before Morgan could do anything to intervene. “You broke my heart then and you’re breaking it again now.”
Fifteen years earlier
Emma walked into the classroom. She was nervous this was her first day of high school and she’s only just moved to this new city, she didn’t know anyone other than her neighbours. She walks up to the teacher handing her a note saying she was a new student. Her teacher smiled a bright and comforting smile, she showed her pearly white teeth. “Alright, you loud bunch.” Her teacher shouted looking out at her class. “We have a new student; her name is Emma and she’ll be sitting beside Morgan.”Emma looks over at who she assumes Morgan is, she smiles he gives her a smile before turning back to his friend and asking for a pencil. Emma immediately handed hers over to him, anything to break the ice of awkwardness, she felt at this current moment. “Here you can have mine.” He smiles and gives her a wink before greeting her.
“Welcome to our awesome school.” He chuckles, forcing a smile to form on her lips. “What have you got next?” He asked as the teacher began the class, she wasn’t paying attention she hated math, which the student didn’t.
“Oh I have advanced English in room 203A, you?” She asked as she looked over at the timetable she had been given. “What about you?”
“I’ve got science in the next room.” He smiles. “I can take you if you’d like, I hate science.” Hearing this news hurt her, she loved science, particularly biology.
