A few days have passed, and the Maximoff sisters are starting to feel more comfortable within the Avengers compound. They have been training diligently with Vision, Sam Wilson, and Rhodey, all under the watchful eyes of Steve and Natasha. Milana feels a growing confidence in her abilities, not only in controlling her powers but also in her combat skills.

As the week draws to a close, it is time for Milana to test her skills against Natasha in a sparring session, without relying on her powers. Natasha has been clear about the importance of being able to fight without them, emphasizing the need for versatility and self-reliance.

In the training room, Milana squares off against Natasha, the intensity of the moment palpable. The two begin their sparring session, with Milana clearly at a disadvantage but still holding her own. Natasha's skill and experience are evident in every move, but Milana's determination shines through.

Natasha lands a few hard punches, and Milana feels the sting of each one. She grits her teeth, refusing to back down. With a burst of adrenaline, Milana delivers a punch so powerful it makes Natasha's nose bleed.

She immediately stops, concern flooding her features as she moves to check on Natasha.

"Oh my goodness, are you okay?" Milana asks, her voice filled with worry.

Natasha, ever the opportunist, takes the moment of hesitation to flip Milana onto the ground. She then extends a hand to help her up, a wry smile on her face. "You're way too nice, Milana. Never feel bad for the person you're fighting, even a moment of weakness can cost you the fight."

Milana nods, absorbing the lesson. "Understood. I'll remember that."

Natasha's smile softens. "You've done much better in terms of combat. Keep it up. You're done for the day."

Relieved, Milana heads back to her room to change out of her gym clothes. As she finishes, Steve walks in, his presence filling the room with a comforting warmth.

"How was the session?" he asks, leaning casually against the doorframe.

Milana chuckles, recounting the events. "I managed to make Natasha's nose bleed, but she flipped me right after."

Steve laughs, a rich, genuine sound. "Sounds like Natasha. Don't worry, one day you'll be able to beat her."

Milana smiles, appreciating his encouragement. "I hope so. What brings you here, Steve?"

Steve's expression brightens. "I managed to rent a motorcycle. I thought we could take a ride around New York and give you that tour I promised."

Milana's eyes light up with excitement. "Really? That sounds amazing!"

"Great," Steve replies, his smile widening. "I'll wait outside for you to get dressed."

Milana carefully selects a lovely floral dress, perfect for the spring weather. She lets her curls cascade down her shoulders and applies light makeup, feeling a sense of anticipation. When she leaves her room to find Steve, her heart flutters with excitement.

Steve is waiting outside, and when he sees her, his eyes light up with appreciation. He's so used to seeing her in training clothes or pyjamas that her transformation leaves him momentarily speechless. "You look beautiful, Lana," he says sincerely, a warm smile spreading across his face.

Milana blushes, feeling a mixture of shyness and pleasure at his compliment. Steve takes her hand, helping her onto the motorcycle he rented. They set off, the wind whipping through their hair as they leave the countryside and head towards the city. The journey is exhilarating, the scenery flashing by in a blur of colours.
