Breaking up + royal mom + murder + disappearing friendship = one heck of a roller coaster!!!

It was the beginning of October (about a week or two later) when me and Amoy found our next clue!!!!
When world war three was going on, and Legacy Academy wasn't founded yet, the main buildings were used as a secret base for soldiers. So there were lots of secret tunnels that lead to secret rooms. Or ways out of the castle.
"I bet this could be how the murderers have been finding a way to disappear so quickly" she says as she pulls out a map of the school that she used to plot where all the murders had happened. "We could search each location to see if we can find anything."
"Not without me" Seth says. "And we won't be going to the forest. Too high of risks."
As much as I hated to admit it, Seth was right. Two murders dad already happened there this year. And I already had a close call there... and I got to add the part where I was too afraid to go there now anyways...
"We still have more spots..." Amoy says. "But there is one more option..."
"That is?"I ask.
"We interview Jacob" Amoy says.
"Absolutely not" Seth snaps. "Are you out of your mind?! I thought you were supposed to be the logical one around here? And you want to go near that killer again?!"
"We'd be under protection" Amoy argues.
Seth's eye roll was legendary, "yeah. Like the schools kept you all safe too. Look where that got our old friends. And us!"
"We don't have to! It's just an option!" Amoy says.
"But that won't work this weekend" I but in. They turn to me, "this weekend I'm going home to go through my mom's old things. Remember?"
"Right" Amoy remembers.
"Seeing Jacob isn't the right choice" Seth gets back to the old topic.
"Then what do you think we should do to get answers?" Amoy asks.
"We don't" Seth says. "My job is to keep Lauren alive. And all of this mystery solving just keeps making that harder and harder."
"One of the two mystery's is about my mom. Remember?" I ask. "And we will only go see Jacob if it gets down to that. Deal?"
I give them a look and wait till they both look me in the eyes and nod.
"Now" I say ready for a new subject to talk about. "How was football Seth?"

Since we all missed last Fridays dinner we decided to spend this Monday for dinner. I was going to meet Vivi at fencing practice after ridding lessons and we'd meet Aren at the Cafe.
As soon as I got in the first thing I heard was the clang of swords. Two people battled in the mat. Back and forth. Back and forth. The first on dodges an attack and rolls.
One girl who I remember as Solana, (a girl Meilin didn't get along with) narrated the fight. "Two to two! Who will win and break the tie?!"

And one of the opponents lunged won, but this resulted in the other falling to the ground. Their helmet falling off. Meilin. And I bet you I know who her opponent was.
