Teetee stood with her two best friends ShaCarri and Melissa as their coach demonstrated a drill.
It was currently 10:10 in the morning and the ladies were working out. A few weeks ago the girls had ran incredibly time at the Olympics trials and made team USA.
The 3 training partners had swept the 100m and there coach wasn't taking no easier on them.
Teetee felt on top of the world and felt as nothing could bring her down. So she thought.
She watched her coach intently making sure she understood. Carri then went to do the drill. The laddies had 5 reps of this drill and then another before getting their lift in and leaving.
Today was considered an easy day and teetee was glad. But the heat was making it so much harder.
It had to be at least 85 degrees is Houston and it wasn't going down no time soon.
